The young lady you have at the window right now (wearing a beanie and had a pink nose ring-my fave color! š) was extremely rude. We apologize if we were unsure of what we wanted to get as soon as we pulled up, and ask for a minute. When we were ready, and started to order, the young lady responded ānow I NEED a minuteā. She proceeded to take our order and was very dry and unnecessarily rude (even at the window) when handing us our beverages.

Paid for Venti had a whole conversation about Venti even paid for an extra shot to make it 3, waited 10 minutes standing inside, the lady next to me says "I ordered a venti" while they hand her a grande, then next up my "venti" is handed to me as a grande...so I'm like "I ordered a venti" and he's like oh sorry it says grande I said I paid for a venti and even tipped. So time & money lost.

I understand that it gets busy in the morning but the manager(she acted like she was the manager) was SUPER RUDE. I ordered 6 iced teas and two travelers and asked if they can help me with my iced tea because I was afraid that it was going to spill everywhere and she did not care. Asked for a traveler box and Iāll pour them in and she said NO, we canāt do that. So rudely. Why do you have to be so rude? But other employee Elisa was so nice trying to help me the best way she could.

Donovan was very VERY rude. I was trying to order the Caramel ribbon crunch with the crunch on the side in a little cup ( they always do this for me ) and he told me No in a very rude way, then as I am approaching the door, he looks at us like weāre stupid and says ā can I help you ā, like what kind of service is that ? Like I didnāt just order 2 Frappuccinoās š that guy is not very polite.
Come here almost everyday. My order is usually always right and staff is typically friendly and helpful. Occasionally something will be off on my order but no biggie, no one is perfect!
Worker that waited on me was very friendly but the one made the drink wasn't as friendly but he was respectable

Good Morning, Went to Starbucks this morning and order (5) drinks. I had all drinks written down so it would be convenient. Employee was making my drinks and just sliding them across the counter. I thought perhaps she would have put each in a cup holder so there would be no mix-up. After she was done I stood and waited for her to ask or bring a cup holder finally I had to ask. None of them said welcome to Starbucks, a smile, thanks or come back. Got home wrong drink. Customer service to me says it all.
Parking: It was a Sunday not busy at all!!

I want to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with Rachel. She was rude during our conversation and seemed unfamiliar with the company's rules and regulations, providing incorrect information. Her tone was unprofessional and made the interaction uncomfortable.
I hope this can be addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.
