I went in for 2 coffees and waited 30 mins. People who came in after me and ordered after me got their drinks before I did. When I went up to them some chick goes “there’s only one bar” then as she hands me one of my drink's said “thanks for patience” - I don’t think being a smartass is kind considering there’s 14 of you Susan. Don’t get pissy with me because you’re taking forever and can’t communicate.

Dear Myra (manager) you must be that far worst management that I have experience and the worst Starbucks I’ve been at I had brought my mother to get her free coffee Becusse it was HER BIRTHDAY now keep in mind she’s an elderly lady THAY DOES NOT USE A CELLPHONE and your insisting for an app for you need to scan over a birthday so I wonder how does the policy change for those who don’t have the ability have vision 🤔 seems kinda odd willl report this to cooperate

Location is awful! (The area itself). I made a mistake and forgot to say iced on my drinks but I told them just dump ice into the cups and the cashier refused and told me that it would ruin the drink and he’ll make me a new one asap. I appreciated that but it took a really long time to remake 2 drinks and the line behind me got very long which I felt very bad for. But overall, good experience!
