Decided to give them another chance after a horrible experience..Spencer was super nice at the drive-through window and offered our dogs pup cups which they have never done before Thankyou Spencer!
Rachel was very rude. I am not the only customer that has had a bad experience with this barista. She is very rude, rolls her eyes, very judgmental on your orders. She has made me and my daughters never want to go to that location. You are losing so many customers because of her. I have let the manager know. Seems like this is what Starbucks is going for. Thank you Starbuck for hiring people who run your customers away.

Waited at the expected time for my mobile order to be ready and was waiting for 10 minutes while they had my drink melting by the drive through window when it was placed for in store pickup. I then had to ask for my food item as it had been forgotten and when received it was not warmed whatsoever. My drink is watered down and tastes like ass
