Ashley, tried to get me out of the store because I had my dog with me, didn't even ask if it was a service dog. And for the first time I was told a dog is not allowed in Starbucks. Why they have puppychino,My order she forgot to put milk, and I got an attitude for asking.....She need to go back to Starbucks school or maybe read her handbook.

For starters this is my third time coming here never had a problem until today I ordered a small coffee with 5 creamers and 15 sugars my coffee did not have creamer nor sugar in it then I go back in to tell the lady she remade it but it's worst there is no creamer at all nor is it any sugar in it it tastes disgusting it tastes like black coffee when I told the lady I want to cream her and 15 sugars when I went back in she made it even worse there's nothing in it I will take my services to another one I'll never go back there again

Last time coming to this location! The service was horrible! I ordered 5 drinks and only had a $50 dollar bill. The lady at the window was so rude and said she couldn’t take it. The total was $33 so I’m confused why she couldn’t take it when I was only going to get back in change like $20. They used to have friendlier staff but this customer service was the worst. She was rolling her eyes and smirking. Do better Starbucks!

I placed a mobile order on my way to work for a venti caramel macchiato, and I got a regular coffee. I was very disappointed and I couldn’t go back and get a replacement because I had to be at work. Please do better next time. If I wanted regular coffee I would’ve gone to McDonald’s and paid a cheaper price.
The workers there were very Happy nothing but smiles there with walking in greeting saying goodmorning .Just made my day .Parking: There was parking all over and everyone walking in greeting each other just ready for a hot cofffee

The honey citrus mint tea is ALWAYS a hit or miss I had to go inside it was so bland and nasty. They fixed me up a new one and it still had no flavor. Like how!??

Rude drive thru associates. Guy with a beanie and glasses was super rude all because I asked for use my rewards. Also the caucasian lady in the drive thru is also very rude. I wish I knew their name because I would add it here. Don’t recommend this starbucks.
