There were two young girls working that were very polite and impressionable. There was an older guy that butchered my Golden Foam Shaken Espresso. A training module / refresher course could be beneficial for employees at this location. The beverages are NOT up to standard with other locations. I could’ve just went to McDonalds and paid a lot less for this same basic cup of iced coffee…

The customer service here is terrible. he's disgusting. He grabbed our drinks from the part of the lid where mouth goes on, on porpuse cause we stated that he got the order wrong he literally ignored us and went outside to smoke came back didn't wash his hands. this guy needs to wash his hands and his yellow teeth as well.

This Randalls 3067 Starbucks is #1 out of 144 great workplace very busy. Services over 200 customer per day with only the leadership of 1 Awesome Manager Katrena & 4 Barista Ms. T. Mr. Jermaine Mr. Joseph Mr Jonathan & 2 others that help from another Randalls Matthew & Evy. Great see other manager at other location stop on by to help them out like Ms. Tarita & Ms. Jean!
Lowkey a very consistent Starbucks, better than a lot of the nearby stand alone stores. Katrena deserves a raise, she’s amazing!
