This is the closest location to my job. Unfortunately, they never get my Iced Shaken Espresso with Vanilla Cold Foam correct. Every time I say something, they are mean and rude. I have decided to finally start taking pictures and posting them.

I went in today with my 6 year old and 3 year old but was on the phone trying to turn power on at my apartment. I was not ready to order, but a lady came up to me and said if I don't order within 10 minutes I would have to leave. I advised I was going to order but had to turn my power on before it got too late. She threatened to call the cops because I was not ready I had my kids with me and no where else to go, due to I needed power to call the electrical company for my phone. She kicked us out because I didn't order within 10 minutes....
The barista lady was very rude, she did not care what I had to say to her and she interrupted my call twice, I said fine I will order now. She denied me. And said she is calling the cops.

I stopped in this coffee shop and this person was interrupting me and my meeting to buy something which I was planning to get after my meeting. Very rude person, check the bathroom afterwards and super dirty.

Olivia is the worst barista that I have ever had in my life.first she gave me a bad attitude out of nowhere and when I ask her information about the store manager she wasn’t willing to give me the information of her manager.
The worst service, some of the employees are very rude, ordered a tall late with an e tra shot, it hardly tasted like there's any espresso in it. And the list goes on..

Hispanic looking girl working closing shift had a horrible energy, she acts like she hates working there and talks to other employees with an attitude. I’m so proud of the white young gentleman that kept a great energy and gave me great service through all of her passive aggressive comments. Props to him. He was great!

So I rarely go to starbucks because I don’t have that, “Go-To” drink, and I hate asking for help lmao. Thankfully, Lina the barista was there! She was so patient with me, helped me make the best drink for me. It’s MY drink now. She is heaven sent and such a sweetheart. I also got some breakfast and it was so hot and delicious !
