I never leave bad reviews but the only reason I coke to this Starbucks is because it’s best my house. However, the staff is completely rude, not kind, and very unprofessional. Not to mention I’ve gotten expired food recently. Not worth it here.

Do not come to this location if you're going to use the restroom for more than five minutes.
It doesn't matter if you're a paying customer or not, the employees will literally come knocking on the restroom door if you've been in there for more than five minutes.
They'll tell you that they'll come two minutes later to "check on you". That's what happened to me last night. When I got out, the gentleman that came knocking on the door was being sassy and throwing attitude.

Jameson gave the worst service! He took so long to reply through drive thru then when asked a questioned he stoped replying. So we drove forward to the window thinking the mic was having issues and he just proceed to give us attitude and said we couldn’t order through the window. So we just left without purchasing due to his poor customer service.

I love Starbucks and typically choose them over any other brand, but today I had a disappointing experience that deserves a negative 1-star review. The cashier, Jameson, was not helpful at all. He asked me to take the trash to the front of the store while I was trying to purchase a cup for my drink. I've never encountered such behavior at Starbucks before. It was incredibly frustrating, and his lack of manners and training really impacted my visit. I hope this feedback can help improve the service for future customers!

I came today after 6PM to get the Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte. I always place my orders through the APP bc it just makes it much easier for me. When I pulled up in the drive thru window to pick up my items, I realize that I am being handed a hot PSL instead of iced. I tell Alex that it should be an iced drink but it turns out I ordered the wrong drink. I ordered the hot PSL instead of iced. I apologized to Alex bc it was clearly my fault and I told him not to worry, I will take the hot drink. He was so very kind to take the hot drink back and make me an iced PSL! Alex didn't know this but I was having a rough day and he made it so much better!
I always visit this location and the service is always great. Thank you for all the work you do!
I ordered matcha latte venti, but i receive Ice(85%), whipped foam(10%), and matcha latte(5%), good job team, I enjoyed this ICE ICE

I came by on a whim not knowing what to expect from this location. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Michelle and the other members were very pleasant, polite, and helpful. And the bathrooms were clean. This was a vibe!!!

A very enthusiastic barista made the experience more fun. We had a bagel, Gruyère egg bites. And of course lattes. This is the closest Starbucks to our house so we will be back again 🔜
