I went this morning and ordered 2 coffees and received the wrong order. I had already arrived to my job and had to leave to go get the correct order. I understand mistakes happen, what made me upset was when I arrived back, the young girl at the window, the first thing she asked was if I had already drank the coffees. Of course I hadn’t it wasn’t what I ordered. The label was incorrect so I knew it wasn’t even mine & I paid for extra espresso shots so no I didn’t drink a blonde coffee. Anyways this could have been handled more professionally and nicely. I buy coffee daily and never have experience such an awful service.

Very unimpressed! Hardly any tables at this location, only 4. Could have had 7 or 8 more tables with the extra room they have. Regular Pikes Place coffee wasn’t even ready. All coffee containers were blinking. Waited longer for banana loaf over the coffee. I used to manage a Starbucks and haven’t been back in a while. I think now I know why. Someone from the home office needs to visit this store and improve the service as well as the seating area. Standards sure have fallen.

Their current manager is encouraging a predatory and dishonest practice. Drinks are supposed to be 50% off every Thursday 12-6 in December. The manger is requiring people to purchase 2 drinks to take advantage. Terrible like their politics. Done buying from them.

UPDATED my 1 Star: I went back for replacement drinks. Then discovered why this happened. The AC is out. So they have a huge industrial fan blowing right next to tge order taker. I couldn't hear myself think in there. My drinks were remade. Much quicker, I might add. One had peppermint, one didn't. But at least it is white chocolate, which is important to me, because I am allergic to milk and dark chocolate. Owner needs to do maintenance on this building to support employee success.Original review:Grande white peppermint mocha in a venti cup with extra whip. Took them 10 minutes to make 2 of them. I get to work and they are chocolate mocha. I'm allergic to chocolate. I tried to call 4x, so they could have a correction ready for me... (so I don't miss even more work) and the # is busy)

Haven’t been here in a very long time. And of course as usual staff won’t give their best to customers. I don’t understand why the lady in the drive thru gave me hard time charging me!! She asked what I’m paying with I said cash and handle her the $50 she said I don’t have change and then she asked if I have apply pay or bank card !! yes I do and I wanna pay cash!!! What is her problem??? well my order is $6 and I have 5 dollars and some quarters do u want it? I said. She refused then asked me to handle her the $50 again and she charged me.. okay??? Well since u got some cash in there why did u act u guys don’t accept cash!! SMH please hire adults not teenagers and btw the pink drink was awful
