I’ve been going to this location long time. It’s kind of busy now after shut down the small store in the Town Country . It’s not like the same but they still my favorite. They do good job. They know what I want

Went to this location today and it is by far the best I’ve ever been too. The customer service was like no other. I don’t usually tip but the baristo Mark was such a gentleman and very polite I couldn’t help it.
When I walked into the Memorial Drive location in town & country, I placed my order online but walked up to the counter to check on it. Devin was the young man working behind the counter. He greeted me with a smile, was very polite and promptly checked on my order for me. During the holidays, it’s especially nice to see that quality of customer service and customer care.

I am a long-time regular customer at Starbucks, and I have never experienced anything like this until today. The supervisor, Diovanni, treated me in a very rude, disrespectful, and clearly discriminatory way for absolutely no reason. I simply asked a question about my order, and I stayed calm the entire time. Anyone can see this on the store cameras. Instead of helping me as a customer, she spoke to me with attitude, treated me poorly, and made me feel completely unwelcome. Because English is not my first language, security also did not let me explain my side and immediately took her side. It was unfair, stressful, and humiliating. No loyal customer should ever be treated this way. I hope management reviews the cameras and takes serious action, because this behavior does not represent the Starbucks brand and
I want to add something. This is the first time in my life I hear that a Starbucks employee has the right to kick out a customer. From what I know, the customer is always right. Even when I worked in sales, whatever the customer did, I had to respect them and never do anything that would bother them. Plus, this is the first time I ever hear that a Starbucks employee has the right to remove a customer from the store. How is this acceptable for a brand like Starbucks?

Yesterday I was at Starbucks and a customer came in to order something. I didn’t even hear her voice or anything. But the employee was extremely rude to her, with a very bad attitude. She told her to get out of the place and said she wouldn’t serve her. This is really not okay at all. We are customers sitting there trying to order, and someone behaves like that in a coffee shop — a public place where anyone can come and buy something. It’s not right and it was very unprofessional.
🚨🚨🚨🚨The person (Asian) at the Starbucks inside Randal’s DON’T LET YOU BUY THE HOLIDAY CUPS from Starbucks she sell them on eBay I asked her for one and she said it’s already sold! WHERE IS THE MANAGER THAT DOESNT SUPERVISE THIS PERSON!! She IS DOING HER OWN EXTRA MONEY AND DONT LET THE CUSTUMERS BUY!!🚨🚨Horrible Service!!!

Most customers use the chairs next to them to put their luggage and prevent others from sitting next to them, which sometimes forces me to sit in the heat outside. Warning signs must be placed

Ordered an iced chai latte with less ice and horchata cold foam with cinnamon. They did not disappoint and actually listened to my customization requests unlike the many starbucks I’ve been to. It was actually one of the best chai lattes I’ve had in a while and was very please with this place. They also wrote a nice note on the drink as well!
