Most customers use the chairs next to them to put their luggage and prevent others from sitting next to them, which sometimes forces me to sit in the heat outside. Warning signs must be placed

Ordered an iced chai latte with less ice and horchata cold foam with cinnamon. They did not disappoint and actually listened to my customization requests unlike the many starbucks I’ve been to. It was actually one of the best chai lattes I’ve had in a while and was very please with this place. They also wrote a nice note on the drink as well!

The employees were screaming the entire time we were trying to work and dragging chairs around loudly as they were cleaning. Absolutely no respect for people trying to work.
Barista with the butterfly tattoo on her bicep (couldnt catch her name) couldnt even spell CJ correctly ... got my order completely shouldve known it wouldnt go well when she seemed like she didnt know what a black/white mocha was. Forgot to include my muffin i asked for. Whole time texting on her phone. Was in a rush so no time to correct, also not sure that wouldve even mattered. Disappointed. I wouldnt say the location is bad, or even her, but that was definitely a bad encounter.
Abbie is extremely helpful and sweet. She gave great tips and made all her birthday girls in store feel very special. This place is old-school classic Starbucks before some stores started to bring down morale and the standards.

Everytime I come here I always feel welcomed. We had a great experience tonight when I came here with kids and wife. The barista with TATOO rocks. Super friendly and has a good vibe. Love this place!!!
I’d rather go to an independent, but they have consistently good quality drinks and service.
