I was at the same location this time last year and it was great, so I was looking forward to come again ( visiting Houston once a year). This time I got warm milk instead of Moca coffee I ordered, service was slow and not very friendly.

I loved coming here, it was the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot. Julissa was my barista and she was perfect, I’ve never had better hospitality! Definitely coming back!

It's crazy that you can't even get a good cafe Americano here.... Instead of getting expresso with a little bit of water, it tastes like I got a basic watered-down cup of coffee. Which totally baffles my mind that the drink I ordered that is only expresso doesn't even taste like expresso. Heaven forbid if I add any cream to it whatsoever it's going to taste even more watered down. Let me set a review without a positive emoji and I will but you only allow positive responses... So what I am to do Starbucks...?

I really like this location. It’s inside the Hilton hotel. I go to the Starbucks whenever I am at an event at GRB!
Staff is always so friendly and never rushes you. No one ever has an attitude like they have to have your drink done and 10 seconds or else. And I have no idea who came up with the rule that your coffee must be done less than 30 seconds. That is a stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. You are not sonic the hedgehog! Just take your time get the drink & my food correctly and everything is cool. ☺️

Terrible service, coffee was not blended and had stuff in it. I asked for light ice and they charged me $2.00. I did not expect to pay $9 for a medium iced coffee. Can we have other options other crummy folks at Starbucks. We need local shops. $9 is crazy

I just had to take a moment to give a big shoutout to the amazing team at the Starbucks inside the Hilton Hotel, especially Nicole, who leads with such warmth and professionalism. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and fast, friendly service. Nicole and her team truly go above and beyond to make your coffee run feel like a small moment of joy in your day.

I ordered a Decaf Latte with four extra Decaf shots (yes, four!) and added the Cold White Chocolate Foam on top—let me tell you, it was absolutely on point. Smooth, rich, and just the right kick to keep me going without the caffeine crash.

The location is also a huge win, super convenient for anyone attending a conference at the George R. Brown Convention Center or looking to grab a favorite pick-me-up before exploring Discovery Green.

Thanks again to Nicole and her fantastic team, this Starbucks is now officially my go-to whenever I’m in the area!
