I have been here many times. When this location closes, they consistently put up all the chairs on top of the empty tables an hour before they close even though there are still people sitting in other tables. It is very off putting and gives the message everyone studying or chatting should leave already.

I work for a company where I may have to work from multiple store locations on a week-to-week basis. I ordered from this location, and have done so multiple times before, because the store I am working from this morning is located less than a mile away. On my previous visits I have received great service. I cannot say the same about my visit on this morning. I ordered a grande Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade with five pumps of liquid cane sugar. If anyone were to browse through my purchase history they would see that I order the same three drinks 90 to 95% of the time, so I know how they’re suppose to taste. Upon receiving my drink I noticed that the color was paler than I know it to be and there wasn’t any foam at the top. Once I did a taste test, there was absolutely no liquid cane sugar. The drink was actually bitter. I informed the associate, Aleyah (I may be spelling this wrong), that I didn’t taste any liquid cane sugar and her response was, “Yes it is! You said five pumps, I mean how many more do you want?” I was taken aback because there was DEFINITELY attitude in her tone and I had never received this type of service before. I asked for five more pumps and she pumped them in a separate cup that was nearly slammed on the counter. I then asked for the manager, who did apologize and offer to remake my drink (which was done perfectly). The store was nearly empty and there wasn’t a rush in the drive-thru, so maybe she was having a bad morning. That’s no reason to project your negative energy unto a paying customer. You also never know who you’re servicing.

I received coffee from Silvia in the Starbucks this morning. Her and all the staff were friendly and attentive. They have options available for on the go and sit down breakfast. I would definitely go back!

Had been awhile since I visited this location (we lived in that neighborhood from April until middle of June, 2021). The staff I had gotten to know were gone...I cannot attribute this to anything in particular, though I will say it's generally unusual for there to be complete store partner turnover in fewer than two years. Regardless, the partner who attended me was personable and professional, and got my order correct though a stranger to me (my order can be confusing to the uninitiated). The interior had been remodeled (nominally) with a slightly different layout and different furniture. This is not a drive though location, thus less money invested in updates/upgrades. The store traffic tends to be high, with associated noise levels. Don't come here expecting a "laid-back" experience.
