Was unable to place an order. The sign said café closed permanently and at the drive through the sign said to use the mobile app to order. Parked and attempted, too many items unavailable and or sold out. Left and went to Duncan donuts.

I asked for a caramel frap and when I was able to take my first sip I could tell it had no coffee. It tastes terrible, it's just blended ice with a little bit of syrup.

I ordered a large mocha and they were giving me a medium when they charged me a large one. I asked for the receipt and the girl made a face and gave me the large. Terrible service and it looks like they raised the place.

I ordered through the app, but when I arrived, the drive-thru employee told me I had to order at the speaker because the café was “closed.” At other Starbucks, my app orders are always ready to go. The barista was respectful, but this is clearly a management issue. Very frustrating experience—I won’t be back.

This Starbucks converted to drive-through only a few months back. They always get my order right! I use my mobile app to order and there is never much of a wait at the drive-through.

This location should just be shut down! The customer service is always horrible, some of the workers are lazy. I’m not sure why the inside is closed but on the website it says it’s a walk in. Today I purchased a tea an I asked for the honey packets they person told me that they won’t put the packets in the drink because they don’t have scissors!? What kinda answer is that. Then I get the packets a they look disgusting, there was hair a black stuff on the packets. It sad because this is the closest location. I can’t and will not support that location.
