I'm certain that there were no expresso shots inside my coffee. My drink tasted like milk mixed with caramel and was not a satisfying temperature due to the insufficient amount of ice. I became more certain that the drink didn't have expresso in it when I was able to fall asleep two hours after consumption. This NEVER happens to me. I would not recommend this Starbucks.

Reps have no clue . This location rarely gets order correct.

Just found out my favorite barista , Summer was let go!!! Who's the idiot?! She was why we went to this store! FAIL. The guy who told us is great and clearly not the dumb dumb! Hope she gets our message and will work with us! Your loss is our gain!

I try not to write bad reviews, but I placed a mobile order while at the drive through because the line was a bit long. This may not be the right way to order here but I thought I could save some time by doing that. The girl who answered at the drive through was rude and said to not place my order like that because it gets pushed back behind other orders. I understand that it may be inconvenient for her, I told her to take her time making my drink, I wasn’t in a hurry. When I got to the window she didn’t even say hello, she handed me my drink in silence, didn’t offer me a straw, closed the window and came back giving me my pastry in silence. I understand if maybe it was inconvenient for her but there’s no reason to be rude. I felt scolded like a child who did something wrong, when in reality I am a customer paying for a service

I passed by the place this morning and I was waiting 10 minutes for them to take my order and no one answered, when I saw that they did not attend to me I went to the window where you receive the order and asked what was going on and if I could order there I had cars behind me and they did take the order that's why I went to the window since they didn't want to take mine, I told them that I had already waited for them to be attended to and the woman who is delivering the order told me that she could not take my order to return to Make a line to be able to take my order, I'm not going to do the line twice just because the staff doesn't know how to work well, I'm not going to spend 20 minutes of my time just because they didn't want to take the order from me, and I'm doing this review because they have a very bad staff that neglects customers, it's unacceptable that I have to line twice wait 10 minutes in my vehicle until someone wants to take my order, I find it in very bad taste that the excuse they put is that I have to Make a line again when I had already waited more than 10 minutes just for them to take my order, in the end I couldn't make my order because they didn't want to take my order......

Very bad service the staff on Sunday morning.....

No restroom. How can you serve drinks and food without offering customers a restroom? This company has declined precipitously in customer service over the years. They get around the health code requirements that restaurants have to have a restroom by not allowing people to eat (or drink) in. Take out and drive thru only.

Place is great but can we please stop letting dogs allowed in, especially if it is not a service dog. Lady came in with her dog and made a mess. Also I don't like having a dog on to of me while trying to enjoy my coffee. Staff was just allowing it, when it is not prohibited.

The girl at the register acted like she didn't want to be there. I ordered a Carmel machioto and cookie. She said here you go and threw the cookie on the counter. The black guy working their had that same energy. Not going here again.
