You pay over 8 dollars for a drink at least it can be made correctly. It’s a mobile order - all the info is printed right there on the sticker. I haven’t had too many good experiences at grocery store Starbucks and this one continues the trend.

Atmosphere wasn’t much considering how it’s inside a grocery store, but the service and drinks more than made up for it! Freddy was very welcoming and made a perfect frappuccino for me to drink while I sat and did my work. 10/10 will return!

Waited 15min before someone came to the counter after asking Kroger employees to call someone up. There was multiple people waiting. Not worth the time.

Quite literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The past 4 times I have went they are either "closed" or the credit card machine is down when they are actively making other drinks and food. Don't waste your time here, the Starbucks at the Target 3 minutes away is so much better, at least they are consistent.

Terrible customer service from a lady who messed up my drink this morning. Not even said sorry, no greetings. Missed a guy worked there. He made my coffee perfect every time.

I come to this Starbucks almost everyday. The only Barista who gives me a warm greeting is the young lady with green glasses. Everyone else always has a funky attitude and nothing is ever in stock.I hand her, her tips in her hand because she is the only one deserving of them. Just left again with poor customer service.

Ok experience
Located inside Kroger.I waited to write this review. This is my fourth visit and it consistently disappoints. The staff will not greet you. I’ve stood in line, first person in line for 2 whole minutes before being acknowledged, and that acknowledgement was not a “good morning” it was a “be right with you”. That was also inaccurate because I waited another 2 minutes before getting my order in at 8am. Past times when I’ve come in the afternoon, it was the same vibe, yet different staff. There’s no urgency or appreciation l. Imagine spending $7 on a cup of coffee and not hearing a thank you.

Worst worst worst experience with Mr.Christopher and Mr. David manager. I placed the order after 10 minutes he said that I forgot and he made it after 5 minutes the hot chocolate mocha was okay and cafe latte was a bitter taste I said it's not a taste of cafe latte I tried different places he said what's wrong with that I can't do anything if I'm make another one I can't help you out.
