Red!!!! He is everything!!!! He was so warm and bubbly that I had to come and give him a shout out. I work in an OR on the 14th floor and went down for a drink literally 5 mins ago. He was so bubbly and all smiles to each person he helped that it made me feel good. Red your smile and attitude were very much appreciated. You made this nurse happy on my lunch break.

This Starbucks is consistently late with online orders. The app will say 7 to 10 minutes and then it changes to over 20min. Don’t order here. This is the second time I’ve had to abandon my orders, so I’m not late for work

Worst customer service unless you are their buddy. Drinks are horrible and is you ask for oat milk you are lucky if you get : Usually they just give you regular milk. You have to ask for a sleeve, and if you do they get mad.

Waiting 30 minutes for a hot tea is crazy work. I always order ahead and every time I order here, it takes an unusually long amount of time before I get my order. The staff are not helpful and ignore the customers. They're so unapproachable; it makes me not want to ask about order status.
If the wait for order is long, at least update that in the app so im not wasting my time waiting an additional 20-25 minutes at the store when the app told me otherwise.

Honestly, it always takes longer than necessary. I ordered a hot tea and it took 24 minutes to get it. When you ask for an update, the staff often has an attitude. I overheard a lady with four drinks who asked for a tray, and the barista responded, “How many drinks do you have?” Seriously, even if she only wanted a tray for two drinks, does it really matter? SMH. My doctor’s office is nearby, so it's a little convenient, but no thanks.

I don’t understand why it took 30 minutes to make ONE drink. Definitely need to hire more people during busy mornings!!!!! Also I have noticed a lot of drinks came out with their mobile order time AFTER me. I Am not sure why my drink got pushed back!!

Location is horrible picking up an order there for DoorDash, which was nine minutes overdue. Apparently the rude black lady behind the counter told me I should just sit in the corner and be quiet because there’s only two of them working she went and got the police officer and asked them to escort me out because she couldn’t handle it. I inquired why was it taking so long? Managers of this location you are losing business and you’re setting your staff up to work on a hostile environment because there’s no parking permitted in this driveway this is not a good location for DoorDash. Unless you make some modifications I will be declining picking up any orders nor making any orders here ever again Horrible job horrible!!!

I usually love starbucks coffee but none of these guys know what they're doing. Ordered a Frappuccino and all there is , ice and milk and a huge glob of chocolate on the side . Thanks starbucks for half-assing it

today was busy af, i had to wait 30 mins for my drink. BUT, the cashier girl (?) was really nice. (NO nAME TAG SO IDKTHE NAME) i could tell she was worried about drinks getting out on time, and she asked my name just to check on my pumpkin spice latte and when it would come out. idk what, but she seemed to actually care about satisfying me which is suprinsgly rare these days -_-. the guy handing out the drinks was pretty nice too. i could hear him telling customers the wait times. i wish they had seats to sit in though.
