I work not close to this place but decided to take a walk to get some lunch I work in healthcare. The lines were super long so I decided just to get in the small line at Starbucks and ask for some ice water as I have many times in the past. I was told I had to make a purchase in order to receive water. Very disappointed in the service. I have been too many Starbucks and never have been told such a thing.

I come here when I have a lull in the day. Sometimes, I can order a drink online ahead of time, and it's out when I get there (~5 minutes).
Then there are other days when it takes almost 20 minutes from ordering to pick up. What i find frustrating is that there are people in the line that order drinks, and they get theirs before I receive mine if I order ahead.

A multimillion $$ company wouldn’t give me a glass of water to take my medicine at waterside food court because the worker arrogantly said I had to buy something first. Some much for a good company smh

Online I ordered a Frappuccino beverage. When I picked up and headed out. I took a sip and it was like I ordered a regular drink with whipped cream. I didn't have time to go back. But if I paid $7+ for a drink it should be what I ordered. It didn't seem to have any ice blended in the drink. Time was around 3pm.

Went here for my morning coffee and Jo was my barista. Super cool guy and very respectful. Definitely manager

Ongoing theme that this location can’t make a custom order. Especially if using the order ahead option. Be prepared to ask for your order to be made again. Also, if you want sugar-free syrup, a barista told me once, “we don’t have sugar-free, so we just use a pump of the normal syrup.” This is extremely concerning considering there could be diet restrictions with sugar intake.
My order took 25 minutes before I had to eventually cancel it. Then they told me to call a 1-800 number to get a refund. And I left empty handed. Thanks Starbucks.
Didnt have the tea i wanted and they still charged me for it only to tell me that they where out of stock after charging me for it and not giving me a refund. Never coming back
