Ongoing theme that this location can’t make a custom order. Especially if using the order ahead option. Be prepared to ask for your order to be made again. Also, if you want sugar-free syrup, a barista told me once, “we don’t have sugar-free, so we just use a pump of the normal syrup.” This is extremely concerning considering there could be diet restrictions with sugar intake.

I went for a mint tea for my wife. This guy starts making the tea and I noticed something different. He starts pumping something in it pouring something else and hearing and frothing. I'm like Yo, is that a MINT TEA? He replies yes. I get to the hotel and my wife is like This is NOT a mint tea! Two bags in it, tastes sweet etc. What the hell dude!? So is a mint tea somehow different in TX! Don't go to this Starbucks. Drive to another one. There is no attention to detail and they take your money and yes u to death with no service and don't get the order right! OH and when you call them, the phone number don't work. Convenient!!!

My order took 25 minutes before I had to eventually cancel it. Then they told me to call a 1-800 number to get a refund. And I left empty handed. Thanks Starbucks.

I walked up to the Starbucks in the MD Anderson food court near the Rotary House after fasting labs. I waited behind a man and watched the server take his order then make his coffee. After the customer ahead of me left, the server greeted me and a woman I did not know behind me at the same time. Hi Ladies. I had been there several minutes before the woman behind me showed up, waiting patiently, but only deserved a twofer greeting. After I placed my order and was rung up the server told me "wait." The server proceeded to take the order of the woman behind me before making my coffee while I was standing in front of her register. The woman behind me had a lengthy order. I interrupted the server to tell her to keep my coffee.

Awfully busy. I waited for over 20 min for my mobile order at the counter, and they don't even bother to talk to me when I tried approaching the counter front several times. Truns out they ran out of the item, and I knew it after I got in the line for on-site order just to ask. It was meant to be a 10 min coffee pick-up run for me, and ended with a 35-40 min in store waiting.

The Chai Tea that I ordered was horrible, and the staff seemed as if they were bothered by the customers—not welcoming at all! This experience has inspired me to spend my money at another Starbucks location!

I go here frequently. So, yes they see my face A LOT. It’s in close walking distance from my job. I LOVE Starbucks. Clean store friendly workers. Orders are always made right. No complaints.

After remodeling, the crew changed and they fill only 2/3 of the cup and the taste is also different from Starbucks outside TMC. Fannin Starbucks is better.
