I visit Galleria at least once a week. There are two Starbucks here. I love this little nook, close to the restroom. Coffee is made, just like I like it. Food choices are limited to light fares. Great lemon cake.

The new store manager Roney was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered my usual tall double shot dry cappuccino at Houston Galleria 2nd floor 5015 Westheimer RD Houston TX. Roney made my drink very heavy like a latte. I could not drink it, it had way too much milk, I always pay extra fee for the extra shot so I get a strong coffee and cover the taste of the milk. He told me " Let me guess, it not dry enough! " Then he started screaming saying that he is the store manager and he doesn't have time to redo it. I asked one of the staff that he normally makes my coffee to make it and he made it right, the store manager got even more embarrssed, he started being very rude and loud. I told him that I will complain about his bad attitude and he told me: "I don't care, I am the store manager, there is nothing you can do about it". So I called starbucks corporate and a complaint has been made against him for poor customer service and bad language.

Had a great experience at the Starbucks in Galleria Mall. The staff were working so quick even though there was a long line. She even got my name correct on the order, which usually doesn’t happen. I have the iced black tea lemonade, and it was so refreshing!

It's a good Starbucks but the location directly under the large overhead windows makes it so hot to stand there waiting for a coffee. Otherwise it's in a great location and has good coffee.
