We went here after a morning family walk a Kickerillo Preserve. The drinks were good. It took a while for a mobile order and we were almost shorted a drink. All in all things were fine and the drinks were made well.

I don’t know why, but for some reason, they keep cheating me and stealing from me when I ordered DoorDash from this location. I ordered four coffees and only three will show up. Of the four breakfast sandwiches I ordered only two or three will show up. I know damn well I’m paying for these items.

I love this location!! My drinks are always made right and with love, and the staff are always so friendly and kind. Literally won’t go to other Starbucks in the area, going to stay loyal to this location. Thanks a lot!!

worker with the santa hat today judged me for walking in, taking a look at merch and walking out bc they did not have what when I was searching for. And then commented very loudly that “I just walked out” while staring at me getting into my car. how welcoming starbucks….good job on your part for losing a returning customer.

Whoever runs this location should be fired. The workers are friendly enough. The coffee is consistent. But NO WIFI!! “It’s been down for a couple of weeks and they haven’t come out to fix it yet”. A couple of weeks? At a coffee shop? Completely unacceptable.

First time Ever for this, so please watch out! The lady in the drive thru window held out her pad for a tip after I already handed her my $7 bucks for a cup of coffee that was $6.77. I said NO to her tip request and got a hot cup of coffee without the lid put on right. This seemed so intentional wether it was or wasn't from me not tipping. The coffee spilled all over my center console and will be sticky forever. Please watch out for this!

Customer service is great but the drinks have been bad, I always ask for a strawberry açaí and lately they add more water than the strawberry base so they have almost no flavor, I was also charged wrong the other day, I pay 5.36 for a grande every time and that time they charged me 5.90 which is the price for a venti, I asked the guy if the prices had went up for the grande size and he just said that he didn’t keep up with prices so I just left it like that. This last time that I went the cup wasn’t even filled all the way and I had said I didn’t want strawberry inclusions added and they still added some and again, the drink was flavorless. I’m a little disappointed because this used to be my favorite location.

I went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order and there was a bunch of employees at the window, they don’t even acknowledge you and after handing my drink, I said “thank you” twice & not 1 person said anything. They’re rude and lack good customer service . I’m reminded why I don’t order from Starbucks anymore. Too expensive to be dealing with all that.
I love my barista.The young lady that helped me remembered my drink order!!!!!🤩😋☕ It was absolutely perfect. Caramel Cold Brew A $5 tip is not much,but I was ecstatic. I wanted to say Ty,ty,ty!!!!! I couldn't believe she remembered.

Visited this establishment two weeks ago and ordered two Frappuccinos and two banana loaves. Unfortunately, both Frappuccinos were watered down and both banana loaves were burned. This was my second time driving through because the first time I ordered, I requested the banana loaf to be heated up, and it wasn’t. I am disappointed in the service I received here

Man, I just stopped here at about 1230p, Saturday August 29, and I want to compliment this location on their service, quality, and speed. The drink, iced chai with pumpkin spice and no dairy, is SO GOOD. my whole order is top notch, and everyone was so friendly here. Very nice, and very helpful. In fact I was so impressed I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this lol. This isn't my first time here, and it will stay my preferred location. ❤️
