Order: 2 Brown Sugar Cortados Plus One Large Extra Cup Cashier rudely stated they can't do that. Several discussions later they still refuse. I'm willing to pay for the extra cup. I'm willing to pour my own Cortados into my own Large Cup. The barista states she can only do this by adding extra milk and changing the content of the recipe. WHATTTT? I order 2 Brown Sugar Cortados and an extra cup several times per week in Dayton, Crosby, Atascocita and Baytown. What's the problem and why is the cashier so rude? Doesn't she know her paycheck is only possible because of the customers? This was on 4/22/25 at 1:15 ish (And yes. I heard you call me Karen. I wasn't but am now)
Wonderful staff!! Very welcoming and efficient! They’re a great team and made me feel very at home.

I love that this Starbucks still has a seating area. It was really busy and they were able to keep up with everything. It’s great to see people out and about on a Holiday weekend and all the team members were happy and kind. They welcomed me when I walked in and told me good bye when I left. I would definitely return.

This locations and many other locations in the USA have changed for the worse since COVID, 2020. I hope the new CEO will be able to do what he said on CNBC.
Volume over quality never wins. Most staff try hard. But too many of them have very little customer service experience.

UNACCEPTABLE!!! I went to Starbucks this morning October 27th exactly at 11:10am and I ordered:
Tall cinnamon dolce latte
Tall pecan crunch latte
And 2 WARMED chocolate croissants
The cinnamon dolce latte was HOT! With no cup sleeve, and my wife almost burned her hand
The pecan crunch latte was HALF WAY FILLED and the cold foam was no where near the top and they forgot the pecan crunch toppings
The chocolate croissants we COLD when I clearly asked for them to be warmed. Chocolate was hard as well.
This was the WORST service ever and to top it off I was rushed the whole time by the people at the window. I spent exactly $20.46 on this order and it wasn't even worth HALF the price I paid. I hope they better themselves and do better next time.

HORRIBLE! I always come to this location and never have an issue, this was the worst experience I've had here! I came October 27th 2024 at 11:10AM and was first rushed by the employee to hurry and order when I was the ONLY person in line. Once I got my order this is an image of what I was given, a tall pecan crunch iced latte not filled fully and barely any coffee, RIDICULOUS! This drink was $6.44, this looks worth $2! I'm very upset and went back to get my drink re made and was given the same drink still not fully filled and tasted completely different! Is Starbucks not having their employees follow directions on how much of each ingredient to use???!!! This location definitely needs NEW and EXPERIENCED barista's because they clearly don't know what they're doing neither does the manager (Hispanic woman). On top of this issue my 2 chocolate croissants weren't even fully warmed and the chocolate was hard inside! The manager had asked me when she took my order if I wanted them warmed and I said yes, but was still given cold croissants! Chocolate croissants are $3.50 each I expect my chocolate croissants to be warmed like I ask for when I purchase them! My tall cinnamon dolce latte hot was given to me without a cup sleeve, are Starbucks really allowing baristas to give out hot drinks without a cup sleeve? That's so dangerous I almost burned my hand! When I asked for a cup sleeve I was told they "ran out" , is the manager not doing their job ensuring that all products are in stock and ready for customers? I'm so upset

I just want it to be known that this is the best experience I've had at a coffee shop/Starbucks ever and that all because of Sandra who was everything a good PERSON should be kind helpful respectful and caring she definitely brings an energy that makes everyone feel welcomed and wanted, having worked at a Starbucks before and having a coworker like her uplifts the the my😘😘😘

The girl I ordered from was like a robot somehow devoid of all human emotion.. I asked for a simple cup of hot tea. I don’t know how long it took, but it had to been like 10 minutes and then they said nothing. They didn’t call me up to get it.. they just set it down and mindlessly walked away without saying a word. I finally went up there and asked what this is. They got another girl she came over and she she asked me what it was.?!?! I told her I wasn’t going to open it up and look inside it, as it could be someone else’s drink! So they removed the cardboard insulating sleeve, and there was no marks on it at all.. so much for paying attention to details.. The robot girl did apologize, I will give her that much

Placed a mobile order and made me wait 30 minutes for 2 banana nut breads. Kept reassuring me they’re working on it because they’re backed up. To make it worse, took them that long only to tell me they’re sold out. The crazy part is I didn’t request the pastries to be warmed up. Yet there were customers coming in after me that were getting their “warmed or cooked” food before me! Insane! I patiently waited for 30 minutes before I said anything and that’s more than fair. Just horrible customer service with no accountability! Look at the time of mobile order vs. time of screenshot above for proof

I love Starbucks but this time that I went they got my order wrong. I also felt rushed and then when I wanted to pay half cash half card, they gave me attitude. It didn’t look too busy and I do understand that it might’ve been busy on their end.
