Visited this establishment two weeks ago and ordered two Frappuccinos and two banana loaves. Unfortunately, both Frappuccinos were watered down and both banana loaves were burned. This was my second time driving through because the first time I ordered, I requested the banana loaf to be heated up, and it wasnāt. I am disappointed in the service I received here

Man, I just stopped here at about 1230p, Saturday August 29, and I want to compliment this location on their service, quality, and speed. The drink, iced chai with pumpkin spice and no dairy, is SO GOOD. my whole order is top notch, and everyone was so friendly here. Very nice, and very helpful. In fact I was so impressed I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this lol. This isn't my first time here, and it will stay my preferred location. ā¤ļø

Starbucks used to at least be a convenient spot to work, even if the coffee wasnāt great. Now, most of their lobbies donāt even have working outlets. They advertise āfree refills if you stay in the storeā
How are customers supposed to stay when thereās no power available to charge a laptop? Pretty disappointing.

ELLIE was my barista and helped at the register. I usually donāt come to Starbucks but I am going on a drive and need a pick me up. I walked in and told her I needed help guiding the menu and choosing the best drink for me. Not only wa she patient in hearing what I needed she made the best suggestions and made me a drink so good, I took a photo so I remember what she made me. The building was very clean everyone greeted me at the door. ELLIE was such a gem! If I could have an experience like this everyone I showed up wouldnāt need to spend my money at any other location. She has what you canāt buy or teach. And that genuine people skills

They have 8 girls working and was Monday,they are too slow it took them 15 minutes for 1 banana nut loaf break,that only takes 1 minutes in the microwave,how awful they need girls who work faster

I normally donāt do this, but at this point, Iāve reached the end of my frustration. Iāve been coming to this Starbucks for a very long time because of the convenience. on my way to work. However, I rotate the same to drinks. specifically asked for them to make them one certain way, and itās only happened twice out of many many times, plus the drinks arenāt that good. I think this is why tips are requested before the drinks are made š¤ Someone please refer the best coffee shop between Willowbrook and Tomball.
Just like all other Starbucks day robbery with some water and syrup with sugar and flavor. Even worst the customer is even worst

It sucks thatās Starbucks is a 2 for 2 in bad reviews! Unfortunately I seemed to have bothered this diva who couldnāt even greet us at the window then snarkily handed me my items. Itās unfortunate that this may be my last Starbucks visit. Shitty service.

Only reason I gave it 4 Stars is they took away one of the 2 cushion chairs and I have zero clue why. It was the only reason I came as my son sometimes joined me and liked them as well. Now if someone is sitting there there is not another I can sit at as they took the other away, so I leave 99% of the time. šāāļø. It gave a good option for single sitting people.
