Terrible, I ordered a drink without ice I returned to be able to change it I was waiting at the window of the drive thru and the girl was just ignoring me it was a terrible experience because no customer deserves to be ignored.It was April 21, 2024 4:56 pm.I retired without a drink from that place.

some dude took my order , I paid and there was a decent amount of people there and in the drive thru so I understood there’d be a little wait, honestly it’s my fault that I waited so long like 40 minutes but they didnt even make my order or let me know anything . the guy who took my order kept seeing me too and didn’t even tell me anything even though I paid . I went up to the desk cause it was getting ridiculous and one of the girls there voided the payment and said she doesn’t know why it wasn’t made . bro how are you gonna take my payment, see me waiting there and just not do anything ?? I gave them a 4 dollar tip too

I ordered a venti coffee frappuccino this morning. It comes out without sweetener. I came in asking for an exchange. The cashier who took my order said there is no sugar in Coffee Frappuccino (really?!). The other staffs said it may and they made another one for me with "extra pumps" of classic syrup.I have been visiting this store for years. I like Starbucks in general and don't want to give out a not-so-good review but think it may help the store improve customer service to upholds its years of good reviews, and in my mind great service.

I had coffee with a dear friend this morning at this location and tears eventually flowed. After I had already received impecable service, the sweetest cashier gifted me a sweet treat because she noticed I was having a rough morning. These are the details people don’t forget. I'm a regular here and I usually always order ahead while I'm about 14 minutes away and my order is usually ready by the time I get there. Anytime my order has been incorrectly placed, they'll correct it no questions asked, I've had no complaints thus far and the workers are always warm and friendly.

Kind of annoyed. I came in for a Dragon Fruit Mango Lemonade + not only was my name not called but when I went up there the drink was a Strawberry Açaí for Sarah. I called them over more to ask if it was for me and if it was then to let them know it was wrong + she looked at me like I was crazy + proceeded to tell no that's what I ordered. I only ever order 3 drinks. Black Tea Lemonade, Dragon Fruit Mango Leonande or a White Chocolate Mocha. I get baristas make mistakes when it's busy, and that's fine. The drinks aren't always perfect but they never make a fuss about remaking it so I don't think it's okay to be rude about it. If you press the wrong button or whatever then own up to it. I don't think it's possible to have misheard me because the drinks are so different but I definitely don't think being rude about it or a smart a** is the answer either.
