These workers are so rude and so incompetent. This is right by my mouse and I go out of the way to another Starbucks because this place is the worst. They suck at at making coffee and they sucks and being decent human beings. Hired new staff because this is ridiculous. Some people’s parents or significant others come order other loved ones and they may not know the lingo, but that’s does NOT give them any right to to degrease and patronize them. They can be polite and an answer questions in a civil way. And most importantly DROP the attitude. You’re baristas you don’t work at the freaking White House so step off your high horse

Terrible customer service! We bought 2 drinks thru the drive thru. Obviously being a togo drink we kept driving. The iced brown sugar shaken espresso was a venti but ended up being nothing but ice... Came back to express my concern and dissatisfaction yet the employees did nothing didnt seem to care to make it up. As a starbucks shopper I have been to many and this one ill never go back nor will my family. As a starbuck policy I know that if a customer isn't satisfied they offer to remake it yet they could care less. Terrible Terrible customer service! And I would wish to be reached out my a supervisor.

This store is in bad need of corporate intervention.. I arrived to pick up my mobile order and nobody greeted me when I walked in.. Nobody said a peep for no less than 10 minutes.. I was standing right in front of Antonie the entire time, and he would not even make eye contact, much less say hello. These folks are just rude, and need a good manager. The store at Vintage on Louetta could teach these people classes.

The manager on duty informed me that she was instructed not to accept large currency, which is extremely frustrating considering the absence of any signage indicating this policy. This oversight not only inconveniences customers but also creates a lack of transparency and fairness.

I’ve given this place multiple chances because it’s convenient, but the coffee is awful,which is an inconvenience. I stop at this Starbucks weekly on the way home from visiting family.. Drinks are consistently the same and quick service. Yesterday I asked about a new drink, and the barista gave me the most adorable mini sampler. Will continue to stop at this location.
