Awful service, horrible wait times everyday and parking lot is tiny and I’m always getting stuck trying to leave my parking spot. Everyone inside is always looking upset and frustrated, the customers and employees. Never going back. Worst Starbucks in the nation

Great as usual. I walked in with friends & I was greeted by name. The baristas make a point of greeting & getting to know the people they help. The drinks & food always great.
Wheelchair accessibility: I bring sometimes people with cane's, walkers, or wheelchairs & we are always able to easily get in & out of the building.

Really the manager of the place has to conduct interviews in the establishment and take half of a table where someone can sit come on now is that really whats up in Starbucks. Will not do business with you here anymore.

Terrible customer service. Entire staff including manager could benefit from training and education on working in the industry. Especially since this is the industry they chose to work in. Definitely won't be back at all. I'll make my coffee at home and enjoy it. It's cheaper. Plus I won't have to deal with the attitudes and poor service

Does not quality check doordash orders. Every time I order something, my order is missing or wrong. I’m paying extra for items and not receiving them.

This place is so reliable on the drink quality and speed of service. This is the only Starbucks I will use regularly bc every time I go there, the drinks are made perfectly and the drive thru line has 0-1 car almost always. And the drive thru people are super nice.

The worst service I have ever had at any Starbucks. Today is 4th of July 2024, I am not sure the names of the employees but there are 3. I ordered my drink and waited 20 minutes, i was the first one who arrived there, everybody left before me including drive thru. I asked them politely if they forgot my order and the lady started yelling at me complaining they are just 3 people working today and this is the best she can do. I asked why you are yelling because I am right and I am not yelling. She continued to yelling at me in front of other people and asked me if I want refund. I said no. I don’t want refund but you can at least say sorry. She didn’t say sorry and still asking me to refund my money acting like it’s her own money. I didn’t ask for free drink. This is not about money.
Please do something about these people.

Nice place, but I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before I got here, when I got here they haven’t started making our drinks. What’s the point of going a mobile order if they aren’t going to be ready. I don’t have all the time in the world to wait on a drink.
