From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I came by for drinks and the gentleman taking our order saw my dog, and said my copilot. Asked if we wanted a pup cup. I laughed and said well we have 6 but sure. Whatever you can do. I wasn’t expecting all 6! We pulled up and the staff all came to greet us. We’re so happy to see all the dogs. They were incredibly sweet! The kind of customer service you always hope for but dont always get. These bright faces were so so kind. Gave us 6 pup cups and said how cute the dogs were....

I just want to say that this particular location on beltway 8 and west rd. Is probably the MOST NICEST. I don't feel guilty about spending $6 on my drink, especially because they ALWAYS I mean ALWAYS greet me with a SMILE! Thankyou, Starbucks People. See yall tomorrow again!!!

They left my Frappe off to the side for 0 reason until it was watered down. I’m sure some people don’t mind but I personally like mine icey. Along with that the other drink we ordered was completely made wrong.
