I came to purchase a Venti Caramel Frappuccino with extra Caramel Crunch Topping in the evening when they almost close and tbh the customer service was terrible. The cashier gave me silence even tho I said Hi to him and didn’t say anything til he got my order and I said thank you, so he must say “thank you” back. He missed my requirement for the Caramel Crunch and then another girl did my drink, I tried to tell her I wanna add the crunch in my drink but she mumbled something and completely ignored me until the guy who standing for the drive-thru order came and helped me with it (he was tall and had the long hair, he also was the only one who was nice to me), he called out the cashier for the mistake and the guy standing from far away just to say “my bad!” for everything when he supposed to be the one who gonna handle the situation. I love Starbucks and always be nice with customer service people cuz I know everyone has a tough day sometimes but 2 of these guys are something else :)

Its a fifty fifty chance the coffe will be watered down here. I have had to ask for a remake time and again. Everyone should be trained to make a great coffee the same way. Maybe ownership is just being cheap and not using enough bean to stretch profit. I'm not sure but stop requesting a tip with subpar product.... Starbucks is expensive and it's suppose to be premium coffee not sugar water with cream. Please do better

I come through the drive thru frequently and always receive the best service. Matt and the others always greet me with a smile and make my drink with love. And if you’re torn between which falafel to get. Get both. They’re delicious! Couldn’t say enough good things about this location and team.

I usually enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but I had a disappointing experience today that I feel compelled to share. Earlier in the day, I visited this location, sat down to finish some work, and later made a purchase — a Provolone Pesto sandwich. After my workout at a nearby gym, I returned in the evening to ask for a cup of water. To my surprise, the evening staff refused, stating I couldn’t receive water without a purchase.
I understand store policy may require a purchase for complimentary items, to each its own; but I had already bought something earlier in the day, so I believe I still qualify as a paying customer. More than the policy itself, I was bothered by how it was communicated. One of the employees raised her voice abruptly and announced, “We can’t give you a water without a purchase!” in a way that felt unnecessarily aggressive and unwelcoming. Therefore we walked out. I won’t spend my hard earned money with rude unprofessional baristas and obviously money hungry corporations.
I hope this feedback can be used constructively, as good customer service is just as important as your products. A polite, respectful tone makes all the difference — especially when dealing with regular patrons
