Ace was great. He was swamped but was still friendly. There was another girl that came to the front and helped with 1 or 2 orders and disappeared to the back again. I asked for a drink carrier from her and I ended up getting it myself.

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location.
Last night around 5:00 PM, my friend ordered a chai latte with matcha foam (shown in the photo). The drink tasted extremely strong, with overpowering cinnamon and mint flavors, and was clearly made incorrectly.
My friend does not speak English, so I explained the issue. Instead of offering to remake the drink, the barista just gave me a bad look starting “ chai is spicy “ like if we were ignorant and it was our first time ordering or I’m not sure why the look exchange between them .. at the end that said they could “fix it” only with an extra charge.
They added milk without asking and continued insisting on charging extra even after we said we no longer wanted the drink.
We left without consuming the beverage.
I am a regular Starbucks customer, so this experience was especially disappointing and did not meet Starbucks’ service standards.
After shopping at target my mom and brother wanted a coffee from Starbucks so I took them. After they got there ordered I ask the lady what they had without caffeine and she looked at me like if I was stupid. I work and have worked customer service jobs and know we get customer that don’t usually shop with us and may not know what’s in the menu. Good customer service goes a long way. The other 2 workers were polite so that’s the reason it’s not 1 star.

Worst Starbucks ever, I keep having the same issue when I place a order as a drive up customer, I always get the same item ice shaken espresso and most of the times is done incorrectly or they just give me a cup of ice, milk with light syrup.

If i could put zero stars for everything I would. As soon as i walked in the black guy at the register threw me off when i could barely hear him say “just a moment”. There was no line whatsoever but I patiently waited, he took my order and I asked to add caramel and cinnamon to THE TOP, then i watched him write “caramel & cinnamon to the top” but
the price of the drink looked off so I asked this guy “did u add the caramel and cinnamon” after i told him to the first time, then he said “oh”, it took him like 5 mins to even add it to the order on the system. When i got my drink it had no caramel in it so i asked if they could add it. Anyway my drink literally tastes like shit and the caramel got stuck to the top of the lid but it wouldn’t have if they payed attention and did their job correctly.

I went on Monday June9th around 4:30pm I went to order and the Hispanic guy had a very nasty attitude..I was getting a drink and also a cake pop for my son I ended up just getting the cake pop and leaving because his attitude

I came in this morning and Ms delilah was very professional fast and great customer service … she was working alone and the line was moving quickly ! love this location

Very bad manners from the workers, mainly, they personally mistreated me. For me it was racism because I didn't speak English. And all because I thought I had to pay when I picked up the order, and they rudely told me that if I believed my coffee was free. I'm not going to this place anymore. I was suddenly offended.

Worst customer service ever. The barista in the red shirt had a poor attitude and wasn’t customer friendly, said she wasn’t going to help us when asked about the cake pops. Customers deserve better quality service.
