I come to this location 5 days a week, because it’s on the way to work and I live right by this location, and on Saturdays there is always something wrong, well today I order a plain bagel with cream cheese, the bagel is not even warmed up like I asked, it’s not even toasted, as well as my banana bread, was not warmed. My drink has more ice than anything else, and I am just not happy! The younger crowd that is working this location on the weekends needs a lesson in how to make the food and drinks that we pay so much for. I am beyond pissed… I work on the other side of town and I expect things to be warmed up..

Ordered a caramel frappe and have never been so disappointed in a drink. First off, it didn't have any caramel! Secondly and obviously, it didn't taste like caramel. Was a super bland coffee frappe. Very sad that McDonald's can do an amazing job and yet Starbucks can't. The 1st time in 2 years been and will not go back. Don't see what all the hype on Starbucks is

This place has a Bad/Energy Vibe, everyone (except the Caucasian lady with tattoos - I think she is a supervisor is nice ???, and the middle age lady - both work in the morning are Nice) everyone else has a Horrible Attitude and Negative Vibe!!!!! Ordered a PSCL, got something completely different, went back to return it, and the a.m. barista took like over 20 mnts to get me my drink. There is something wrong with this place
