This was my regular location for 2 years but the last couple times I’ve been here, my drink hasn’t been good. This morning, I am disappointed again. Not giving up on this location though. Just hope they get it right.

I've been going to this starbucks for a year and the girls in the morning used to be so sweet. Now they have new people and they are terrible. My drink is almost always made wrong and they are not very friendly at all. The drinks are terrible now. When I finally got tired of wasting money and told them that my drink shouldn't look that way, the girl argued with me instead of just remaking the drink. I told her whatever, I'll just take it because I'm not gonna sit there and fight with her. It tasted like straight milk. Went to the gas station to throw this drink away and get an eneryg drink. I'm just going to have to find a different one to go to.

I was very happy to get my coffee, no clients at the moment I was excited but the lady was a the phone for more than ten minute, and I have to wait just because she was at the phone.

I have been going to this location for 2 years now. Recently, the customer service and food has been terrible. I went through the drive-thru in the rush to go to work I forgot to order a cup of water with my order. When I got to the window to add the cup of water I was told I have to go back around to the box speaker to order water when there were no cars behind me.
Absolute terrible service! The girl in the window totally ignored my pup cup request. She heard me ask or at the very least saw my lips moving. I held up my phone to scan for my stars and she just held the card reader out for me to tap my card. Very dismissive and rude. So I go inside to get the pup cup. There’s probably 6 employees behind the counter, three make eye contact with me and NO ONE says anything to acknowledge I’m there waiting.

Is ok. The workers are just nice. There was a few customers. The flavor of my frappe was Not sweet enough. Prices are NOT cheap.
Google makes you give a star in order to post your review. I should be giving ZERO stars. The staff at this location specifically always have an attitude and hardly ever make drinks correctly. They act as if doing their job is a burden.

By far, the worst Starbucks in the area. Was expected to burn my hands with the americano I ordered, no sleeves or double cup, recieved attitude when I asked for a double cup as well. This store has also made subpar drinks compared to others as well as straight up ignored customers alongside myself. I've given this place enough chances.
