Wow . Must say I love this location. Ruth makes the best coffee ever . She’s very nice and always gives me good recommendations for my keto lifestyle . Most places won’t take the time to help you customize a drink but Ruth helps me out every time . I highly recommend this location , especially for the morning shift .

They asked me to leave just 10 minutes after I walked in because I didn’t order anything. I’ve never experienced such a rude behavior at any other Starbucks. So disappointed!

This was the most disappointing Starbucks experience I’ve had. I ordered a Matcha Lavender drink, but it was poorly blended, which affected the taste and texture significantly. When I politely asked for a replacement, the barista responded with an annoyed tone and gave me an uncomfortable look. I expected better customer service and product quality

I’m not typically one to leave a review but i was pretty upset with this location and the one barista that took my order. It was my first time at this location so when I pulled up to the window there was no good morning, or greeting just “what can i get you”. Okay, I then proceeded to give my order of a grande iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso, but after that she hastily asked if that was all (multiple times). I then asked about the new coupon for free cold foam, in which she added Vanilla cold foam to my order, I saw it on the screen and asked to change it to the Nondairy new brown sugar cold foam (because im terribly lactose intolerant). when that was changed she told me to pull up to the window. I usually like classic syrup in my coffee but honestly i felt too rushed to even attempt to say anything. At the window i wanted to confirm they had my cold foam and she said “got it” versus any alternative phrase like “i did get that coupon for you!” but nonetheless I paid in cash and when I received my drink it immediately looked off… there was no cold foam in general. I’m glad it was free but what if it wasn't. Im genuinely upset and any of the locations in cypress are 10x better service wise. definitely not coming back to this location.

The lady at the window taking our order hastily ended our order, showing no interest in upselling or taking my order and appeared very aggravated, which is not how to treat paying customers. I ordered a Frappuccino crunch with whipped cream, which was great, but my son's order for a Frappuccino without whipped cream was not followed. Instead of remaking it without whipped cream when this was pointed out, the employee simply removed the whipped cream, which could have been risky if my son had an allergy. This shows a lack of professionalism when customer requests are not properly followed.

Had been a repeated customer at Starbucks and always ordered a grande coffee frappuccino less milk, extra ice and extra frab roast but Jennifer in the drive thru told me they cannot do it . She can do only extra ice and that's it. I been coming to order Starbucks every where and this is the only place that said they can't do the order. This is really bad customer service and very rude.
