I order coffee at this location almost every morning. Usually, my drink is ready before I come. However, yesterday the drink was not ready yet. I was in a hurry to go work. I asked staff that I didn't see my drink. She said "what's name?" I told her name of order and she replied not make yet. I tried to get her attention and asked how much long will it be? I repeated 3 times. She didn't responded at all. When the drink was ready, she handed drink straight to my face with an attitude.Couple times I came by the staffs didn't even greet me. Didn't say hi or say "I'll be with you in a moment."I thought mobile order was supposed to be convenient.This location used to have nice customer service.

As soon as I arrived the employee seemed to have an attitude for absolutely no reason. They took forever to take my order although they were no other orders, one of the employees was just restocking some powder, and the other two were just trying to look busy although there was no orders that needed to be made. I ordered two drinks and one of them was made wrong, I told the employee and it was remade, although my other drink was made water downed and it was spilled all over the cup and she put it on the counter like that for me to get. As I wait in she asked me with an attitude if I was waiting for something else, I said yes as I also ordered two sandwiches. She goes over to the microwaves were the sandwiches are made and throw them in with such anger for a few seconds and then puts them in the bag and hands them which such aggression. The bag where she put my sandwhich was covered in chocolate. I don't understand what her problem was because it wasnt even busy and i remained calm and never showed attitude back. Im just disappointed I payed $7 for a water down matcha and had to wait about 20 min for my order to be made when the store wasnt busy. The three girls there look so miserable, customer service here is horrible!!

The worst location I have ever visited,to begin with I arrived with my mother, very happy because it was the first time that my mother went into Starbucks and the surprise was that I said hello and no one answered me, I was standing in front of them for more than two minutes and although we were the The only customers made us wait.After we finally placed the order we went to the bathroom and on the way back we sat down again waiting for the order, after 10 minutes I went to see what was happening and what do you think my order had been sitting on the counter for a long time and none of the 3 people had the delicacy to notify us. Finally my mom told me I prefer to go the other way even though the coffee isn't as good...referring to another company. Starbucks shame

I love breakfast, egg rolls, ham, egg cheese, hash brown. The sausage, breakfast, sausage, egg cheese, hash brown wraps are good too.
The service is super slow. 20+ plus minutes waiting in the drive thru on more than five occasions. The staff is kind of nice though.

I took my daughter to this location to grab a Matcha Latte and a few sandwiches for lunch and breakfast, before school. She walked in, because the drive-thru line was long, per usual, and placed her order. She received all of the food items within a normal time (<10 minutes), BUT after 22 minutes, 2 cleared cycles of 10+ cars in the drive-thru (I was sitting outside), and others who went in at various times after her and were served their drinks; I called her and told her to leave. Also, I didn't want her to be late to class. She came out a few minutes later and explained that no one was working on the Matcha and she was "just patiently waiting". When I told her we needed to go, she said she was refunded for the Matcha. At that point, she had been waiting for the drink for 25+ minutes.I understand being busy but this seemed to be something else. How are 15+ people served what they ordered, after her order, yet she could not be served; even after inquiring about her order?Get it together people. This type of behavior runs customers off, regardless of how large or recognized your establishment is.
