After repeating my order like four times I was handed nothing but a Venti cup of ice with a little bit of coffee on it when ask about my coffee order the barista told me “oh so you just want cream got a bottle of heavy whipping cream out of the fridge and pour on my drink, he said here you go you can take it.”

I agree with the previous reviews. Customer service at this location is exceptional, the staff is always in a good mood; at the drive-thru, the lady is very nice; she greets and talks to me while I wait for my drinks; it doesn't feel like too much time has passed. At the store, the same service is provided; they greet me with a smile and bring me the drinks to my table. The coffee, or any other beverage, is delicious. This is, without a doubt, the best Starbucks location.

I love it

Great customer service, always walk out feeling better than before. Sometimes my drinks is terrible but most of the times they are great. Really wish the would put the sleeves on hot drinks, always have to ask for one like as if they don’t require one. I joke and say it’s ok I’ll just burn my hand. Over all I come here all the time out of convince and most of the times it’s great 😅

Worst Starbucks. They don’t make your coffee like you ask. Ever. You go inside and you get ignored until they deemed you’ve waited long enough. The drive through morning service needs to get retrained. $7 coffee should be made like you ask. If I wanted crappy coffee I would stick to making my own.

Horrible service!!!! Gave us COLD coffee in a DIRTY cup that was ordered HOT! They even put YUM on the side of it. Lady at the window was short and rude. Do better Starbucks!!

Went thru drive thru and got drinks. Girl working drive Thur had best customer service I have ever seen at any drive thru. Usually they take money and u sit at window waiting for order. She took money and actually stayed at window talking to me and my girlfriend till drinks were ready asking how we are and how are day was and we had rubber ducks in our window and she was asking about them and even went and brought us a duck to add to collection. All to often I feel like people are just there to make money and could care less about customers. She showed she enjoys her job and enjoys customer interaction she really deserves a raise and would make a great manager.

OMG this Starbucks crew is EVERYTHING! 🙌 Delani made my venti iced vanilla latte (extra shots + oat milk ✅) and it was *chef’s kiss*! Melanie (chatted with while my drink was being made) and TJ (took my order) were amazing too—super friendly even though the place was packed.

I walked in stressed, short on time, and honestly not in the mood (Saturday morning + work = 😩), but they flipped my whole vibe! My drink was PERFECT and the energy in there? ✨ Immaculate ✨

Came back the next day and guess what—TJ remembered me AND my order! 🤯 He even told me to download the app, so now I’m stacking points like a pro. 💳☕ This Starbucks isn’t just coffee… it’s a mood boost. Y’all are the BEST! 💚

I had the privilege of watching a great Starbucks team at store 6734 do some group training. They were very Happy and Energetic! Always impressed with the Starbucks team members!
