Since the pumpkin spice latte came out I've bought it once a week. I've gotten it many times in this location, however today I bought one, it felt a bit strong and even though I drank it, it gave me tachycardia, a headache, a stomach ache and anxiety. I don't know what was different about it, I don't know if the measurements weren't correct. But after this I WILL NEVER DRINK A STARBUCKS COFFEE AGAIN. I've never felt this way with any drink, it felt so desperate just moments after having taken it, I think they should be more careful with the caffeine, I’m so disappointed…

I applaud their customer service. My drink was a bit too milky for me. So, I was going to just drive off but the manager overheard me talking to my daughter. I was complaining how I wasn't happy but it was ok. He walked to the window and instructed me to pull around the front. So, they could remake the drink and told me to just keep the other one. I think his name was Sean if I'm not mistaking but most of the employees there seemed to actually care about how they treated the customers.

I love this place, but don't preorder the frozen strawberry unless you saw in store as frozen.. it came out watery on the bottom with a little sprinkles of strawberry ... like strawberry syrup on ice imo unlike the advertised picture..

Just had absolutely incredible service and drinks. My wife and I live on Galveston Island and had a 4 hour drive to go see family. On the way we stopped at a Starbucks and got some drinks and they were terrible. We asked for black tea and they gave us green tea. We are coffee/tea snobs and I can tell that they didn’t shake them or anything. We came through this Starbucks and Josh helped us. His service was absolutely wonderful and he had a big smile when he helped us out. He totally made the moment and the drive just right for us. The drinks were amazing. I think the other guy may have been named Alex who made the drinks, forgive me if I get that wrong. Wonderful service and wonderful drinks. Employees like Josh are the reason we love Starbucks!

I frequent SEVERAL Starbucks in and around Houston but THIS one makes me smile every time I pickup here. The friendliest baristas, a nice welcoming greeting with smiles!

Starbucks is Starbucks but this management team is doing something right, these employees seem to love their jobs

They didn't ask me if it was "For here or to go". I would have enjoyed it more in an actual dish and cup instead of the paper bag and cup. I noticed that that was an option as I was leaving and saw a notice that said to leave for here cups and dishes in a certain area.
