I was really disappointed when my go to mom and pop coffee shop closed their doors... but this was a welcomed surprise. I was in dire need of coffee (of course) and got my go to order... grande flat white with sugar free vanilla and it was better than I remembered. The guy working the window was very friendly which made it easier on the wait for our order. Thanks Starbucks for saving me.

Out of all of the locations I’ve been to this one is by far my favorite. The employees always make me feel welcome. I love the inviting touch they give off. My go-to espresso drink is always so tasty, as well!

Came in at 8:10 ,they close At 8:30. I was hungry and had missed dinner.I wanted to purchase a $7.50 snack box.I hav cash exact change and did notWant to uae my card.I was told that i could only use a card and no Cash would be accepted.. I wanted to grab the box and leave the cash on the counternand walk out, bit decidedTo talk to a manager instead. She was unfriendly and un sympatheticFYI....i have 20 years experience managinh fullService large restaurants. When she told me I just cant leave the money on the counter and take my food that was ridiculous to lose a good steady Satrbucks customer over a measly $7.50 purchase. I don't know what the problem is Or if she had access to the safe or not, but this was only seven dollars.The staff working here treated me like they were quite entitled. And didn't give a care abouy me at all.So you guys Would rather lose a customer than accommodate him for a Lousy seven dollar cash purchase.I would have never done this to any of my customers especially over seven dollars. I believe they should've made an exception for me. But they were rude to me and didn't care. All over not accepting $7.00But were rude and did not care..BAD BAD BADservice.....Tim Hortons blows You guys out of the water and I pray they open more stores in houston. You have lost a lifelong customer over a $7.50Discrepancy. I really think you guys do not careAbout making the customer happy over something extremely small and simple

My friend just left from there and his one order was completely wrong and rushed the foam was suppose to be chocolate cream foam and they him gave him regular foam also he asked for almond milk and they gave him regular milk

I am happy to write a review for the Starbucks manager Maria and Vinay. I had the pleasure of encountering them early in the morning at around 5:00 am when I mistakenly placed an order at the wrong location. Despite the early hour and my mistake, Maria and Vinay were kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome, which was a great way to start my day.What really impressed me was their willingness to go the extra mile and make sure that my furry friend was taken care of as well. They noticed my dog and gave him a pup cup, which he absolutely loved! It was a thoughtful gesture that made my day even better.Overall, I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Maria and Vinay. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Starbucks was a positive one. I highly recommend this location and these two employees, as they truly embody the kind of service that makes Starbucks stand out from the rest. I’ve been here 2x. both times all of their drinks taste watered down. how do you get a caramel frap wrong? i made other orders and same problem. i came back and told them and that i wanted another drink and they charged me. come on.
