We had a great time at Stella, the noise level was on point, we could enjoy the music, and also talk. The service was on top, and the wine selection was diverse. We had fun and learned a lot from the Sommelier. We will return, and we highly recommend that wine lovers take some time to enjoy wine!
What a wonderful experience! I came to try “so you want to be a somm” wine flight and learn as much as possible for the certified exam. Brenda & Eddy nocked it out of the park! They were both so kind, knowledgeable and not to mention patient; I had a lot of questions. Brenda brought out a discontinued CMS deductive tasting workbook and Eddy would walk me through what I was tasting, helped me connect the dots and gave me a lot of key indicators. We had a delightful time at this wine bar. The wine selection was good and the staff knowledgeable. The outdoor patio looked like a fun spot, although we sat inside. We really enjoyed the mix and match make your own charcuterie that the wine bar offered. The unique thing for this wine bar is that it had access to menus from the other restaurants in the Hotel.
