I had a water in cava cup that they made me throw out because I didn’t wanna pay 8 dollars for water. Other ppl had their Stanley’s and water bottles so I was confused why they why they were just saying something to me. Poor movie theater trying to squeeze money out of anybody in this economy.
The food is do awful here. Everything else is great.
Bring back the brisket, pulled pork is not the same………..
First time visiting in mid-June, and I was impressed by how quick the service was. I ordered the chicken quesadillas with mac and cheese and a small soda. The meal was filling, although I would have liked a couple more quesadilla pieces.
My meal came to about $29, including tax and the automatic 18% gratuity, plus another $12 for the movie ticket. While the food and service were good, I felt the overall cost was a bit high for what I received. Looking back, I probably could have saved a few dollars by paying closer attention to the menu options.
Overall, it was a positive first experience. I'm giving this place 4 stars for the good service, and I'd be willing to come back and give it another try.
Great place. Great food it's hot and freshly made. Awesome customer service. It would me nice if they sell merchandise of some movies.
Worst movie theater I have ever been to. The food was 0.0. The drinks was all flat the services stunk and the chairs was all cut. At the bottom raw was storage for stuff and tables the place had a bad oder I would never go here again I’ll stick with star cinema grill and ipic.
They cut the AC to sell more drinks?? Seats are uncomfortable and are in poor conditions. Paid cash for popcorn and lil server dude ran off with the change. Never again.
Seats were uncomfortable, and ripped up. We gave the waiter a $20 dollar bill to pay for our popcorn and he said he would come back with our change and he never did. I will never come back
Service left me with nothing to complain about. What I will complain about is the condition of the theater. The seats will lean back but will not recline in any comfortable way. My movie was in theater 7, and I was sweating during the movie, which is a first for me since theaters are usually cold. This place was probably really nice to visit years ago, but now it is in need of updates. I would probably choose to attend another theater before revisiting this terrarium.

I received an e-gift card and when Attempting to use the gift card online I was told it’s 1. Not active, 2. Payment method not working try again (literally 7 times.) Every number I’ve called has not answered. I’ve called the theater itself twice, customer service twice, and support once. Support answered and was virtually zero help. Extremely disappointing customer service and online resources.
