The Services Was great,the Food was Amazing and perfectly warm,my only complaint is the Cleaness of the restrooms.over all to was great
I put that because i could got my own food but nobody told me that they was gonna charge me 5.45$ for sv like are u serious....food wasnt even that good for real?......
The food was delicious and servers were prompt and courteous.
I just watched gladiator 2 with my wife and this theater was by far the worst theater I’ve ever been too. The food was horrible the southwest egg rolls the buffalo wings the quesadilla even the popcorn. The seats are so bad they could have used maintenance about a decade ago.The one thing they got going for them is the ice cold drinks. The “waitresses” they have confused my check with another and now I have to take time out of my day to dispute multiple charges from the theater
I wish could rate it a ZERO for trash type experience I have received in the last 24hrs! (I should have stayed in my own area and say the movie at BayBrook) Our server L.C. was told we were going to have two separate bills, she said okay I will split it at the end of the night. That didn't happen, she charged the card she was holding and the manager charged my card. We were told by the manager Andrew that the charges on my son's card would be released at the end of the night. That's a lie! It's not as simple as that! He tried fixing it with two movie passes. I NEVER WANT TO STEP A FOOT INTO THIS PLACE AGAIN. When I talked to the general manager, he was so busy trying to defend his employee that he was making up and adding stuff to the story. He had to apologize when I corrected him a couple of times because he was speaking about a situation that he wasn't present for. Your worker EFFED UP and you don't get to blame nobody but her for that! Train these kids properly! Playing with folks money is just bad business practices!
Food was not what we expected and it was expensive.
I spent $100 on 8 seats and never received a confirmation. We want to see Gladiator 2 and of course I can’t get anyone on the phone but a stupid automated system. Is there an actual person I can talk to in order to confirm my reservation or get a refund? I can’t get a refund because you have to enter the confirmation number. Guess what I don’t have? A confirmation number!!! However, my bank account shows the purchase. Will someone please answer the damn phone??
I love this theater always clean quiet well kept and never too busy unlike AMC which can get crowded. Ohhhh and I love how my food is brought while I'm watching the movie
From the entryway to the food service everyone was great, especially LeAnn. Customer service and patience 10/10. Will definitely be back.
The food was cold and not at right temperature. The quality is not there anymore . Try to fix it . It is sad to see establishment like this not run well . Need to pay attention to food and food safety . The chicken I had in my quesadillas not even was 100 F and not cook correctly these are food safety issues than need to be fix .

Not as good as it once was. Many broken restroom doors, speakers are way too loud in theaters, so action movies make your ears hurt.

Nice theater….but must be carful when paying they automatically add the tip & they will accidentally charge you twice …I kept calling the theater but nobody ever answered the phone
