Very nice people! I politely asked for the manager and requested a refund for not being able to enjoy/eat my food. In short, my friends said even if manager was nice, I should post this review. I found a roach under my sandwich when I went to eat second half. Due to its size and the fact that the place “looked” clean, and I value reviews, I’m sharing. He did say he would immediately clean but due to the long line after me, I didn’t see them shut down the line, and I do not want to assume it’s a one off. I also send feedback via subway and yesterday I got a “resolved” email but to me; this is NOT resolved. So, forgive me for posting this, but I hope it helps you avoid places like this. Because it’s next to two nail salons, other patrons may be like me, go sit for a quick bite and find a ROACH in their food. Typically, I only want to offer positive reviews or none. To be clear, service was strong, but health matters most, which is why I share.

Walked in 25 mins to closing and said they couldn't toast the bread due to the toaster being off. They could only sell cold meat.

This can only be described as a strange experience. I love Subway, something about the quality that has changed in recent years. How has quality gone down but prices go up ? On top of that the was a ROACH AT THIS LOCATION. There has to be something wrong with the toaster i get home and the bread isint even toasted. Shut it down.

Went at 8:40pm when store closes at 9:00pm, the doors were completely locked and the woman working there was mouthing “we are closed”. After gesturing them over to ask why, they explained that they are closed for cleaning. If business hours are 9 am to 9 pm for example, why would you write the wrong hours? They opened the door and said it’s open for To-go orders only. I said that’s fine but pointed out that the sign says open till 9:00 pm. The guy was nice and made the orders but kept the door locked behind us, which made me, as a woman with two kids, feel really unsafe. Additionally, some of the vegetables that are normally out, were not there, limiting our choices. Super irresponsible and not good for business, I would not go to this location AT ALL, if you can help it. I think that subway should look into all the customer reviews posted for this location, it will close down soon if they keep going like this with terrible customer service and food.

ROACHES crawling in the silver covering and down into the food. Small roaches which indicate uncleanliness and I can only imagine how unclean the back is! Disgusting!!! Will not be back!

Went here as he was picking up the lettuce roaches were running out and he was trying to knock them down but I had already seen them then I asked him what was it he replied it’s just a roach

If I could give zero stars I would. The women running this franchise are horrible. They constantly are rude, skimpy with veggies and condiments. Have a CONSTANT ATTITUDE. Are horrible at explaining things, once tried speaking in Spanish about me, didn’t realize I could understand it, and when I began answering her in Spanish, she immediately went to the back.

Subway haven’t gotten stingy with the condiments/toppings boy I tell ya😩🤣 but sandwich was ok, definitely would’ve been better if they gave more veggies and sauce. That way it balances out the fact they don’t give you the portioned meat amount🙄
It's 25 minutes before closing and they didn't let us eat there. I've never seen restaurants like that.

No "hi" or "hello". I want to say the staff was working on an online order but I was standing as the only person in the store just waiting to place my order. It became untolerable when I started sweating. It was hotter inside the store then outside. I'm walking to Walgreens now to get something to eat
