I ordered an order through the app and they didn't put anything I wanted. I ordered them toasted and they were cold ? no mayonnaise, no oil and vinegar or salt and pepper. Could it be because I didn't put a tip? I think the tip is optional.What a disappointment.

Absolutely awful. I stopped this afternoon on my way home. This location has been steadily going downhill for a while. Today I was told I could only get three different vegetables. I couldn't even pay extra for the additional vegetables. Seriously!? This location is doomed. I won't be back.

One of the downsides of Subway; this one, like every other subway always close prematurely! Especially when you get out late after work and the hours are displayed that they close at 10pm, well I stopped by at around 9:30 and the store was closed! I dare you to ask any clerk at any Subway about this and they will tell you they use their last 30 mins to clean up. Well news flash, they shouldn’t be doing that during business hours. If they are going to be cleaning up they need to be doing so AFTER 10pm when they lock the door, but if they need to start cleaning up by the deadline they need to adjust their closing hours 30 mins early so the business hours display as 9:30 instead of 10pm. Not doing this will P.O. a lot of customers.

Door was locked when I arrived 6 minutes ago (8:25 pm). As I was walking away the lady opened the door and said they didn’t close until 9. When I got to the counter, the gentleman was too busy putting everything away to take my order. I walked out.

I try so hard but every time, which is not often, I go to this subway...it's a let down. Today's let down: Out of bread except a few sad white loaves. A sandwich shop out of bread.....smh. And no explanation why lol, as I was told "we're just out of bread"

looks like most of the bins were nearly empty of veggies and those that were left were off color. Meat looked and smelled funny. Cheese was OK. Bread was stale. I asked to see the sandwich before it was wrapped up. smelled it and walked out
