0 stars! DO NOT order online if you still decide to go after this. I ordered for pick up promise time was 12:45pm. I go there rude short Hispanic lady says is not ready! Then says "oh the guy just starting on it" I told her I couldn't wait I'm on my lunch!!! And I need a refund. She says I can't do that only my manager can and turn her back on me. I left obviously not wasting lunch time!!!! BUT on the app she put the sandwich as READY 😡😡😡to make it look good on their system. I been calling can't get a hold of no one!!!! I reached out to social media nothing. I can't get my refund it is so inconvenient they can't do refunds and can't make food on time. AVOID!!!!!

They grossly messed up 2 of 4 sandwiches. When I went back they said the person that made it left and left it at that. All the subways near me are horrible unfortunately. I see why their sales have plummeted.

I didn’t really like my experience because I had placed an online order and when I arrived at said time both of my orders weren’t ready, not only that but they ran out of the meat that I had ordered. I feel like the app should be updated to letting you know whether the store has said items than letting you choose just to come in and tell you otherwise.🫤😕

Incompetent service
Didn't have provolone cheese; didn't have churros; the sandwich turned spicy -like some peppers had fallen in the other vegetables or some previous customer had added jalapeños end the server transferred the flavor.
The server never asked if I wanted it toasted.

Check your receipts. This location is consistently charging customers for meals more expensive than what they’ve ordered. Pay attention at the register. This has been brought to the attention of leadership and continues to happen.
Take your money elsewhere and get what you pay for.

Good as usual.
Last night around 9pm (sunday) was only one person working and at the moment I went in she was in the bathroom so I had to wait like 5 to 10 minutes. They had a metal cover behind the glass and couldn't see the meat section, and she did not want to fix it. So, it was a terrible service and is incredible that at that time, Subway had one person only working when it could be dangerous for her.

I used to order from here online but I am disgusted the last time my sandwich had a big long hair that came out of my sandwich, in the middle of it as I bite into it. Don't go here disgusting!!! Need to wear hair nets !!!! I didn't take a photo because was so nasty I threw it

Walked in asked for italian herb and cheese- bread information was not present. woman was extreamly rude. I have been going to this one for at least a year since I work in the area. I asked for salami and american cheese (the yellow kind) she put provolone and tried to gaslight me. So I was frusterated, and annoyed the other woman kept saying no american is this one (it was provolone.) She picked up the same provolone cheese twice. Like, if they ask for the yellow cheese give them the yellow cheese... slightly annoyed by this
