Worst customer service I've ever seen. The lady literally argued with me about what I wanted on my sandwich. Didn't speak enough English to comprehend what I was saying or asking. Not to mention they were attempting to make sandwiches while on their cell phones.

Tried their breakfast and was sorely disappointed when I got home and there was MOLD on my eggs. Went back to ask them to remake it and they didn’t offer me a refund and the remade food was disgusting. Never going back.

I had a coupon for buy a foot long get a 6 inch free. The foot long was $10.99 but with the coupon it charged me $13.99. After trying it several times she called the manager and they ended up giving me both sandwiches for $6.71 which was an even better deal but it took a long time for them to get it sorted out and I would have rather been charged the $10.99 and have hot sandwiches and not have to wait 20 minutes for them to figure it out.

It was pretty horrible to drive 10 minutes out of my way to grab a sandwich for my 30-minute lunch break and to get there as soon as I walk in she's busy I understand but at least acknowledge me greet me hey I'll be with you in a minute but nothing and then when she was ready for me she just stared not a hello how may I help you just as rude as can be I'm not going to lie I didn't even have all the vegetables their what vegetables they did have looked dried out I'll just need to go ahead and close down that shop specially if I have people like that working for y'all too bad I didn't get her name but I was worried something else might have come out good luck y'all

This place’s worker, she said her name is Rosie didn’t let me use the bathroom because I only wanted to buy a cookie, she doesn’t know if I was a person that could only afford that and needed to use the bathroom, I had to buy an orange juice too and beg her so she could let me use the bathroom, this is the most disrespectful thing I have experienced.
