The worst Subway location EVER! The lady has a very bad attitude. She is acting rude with no respect. The meat portion of the sandwitches that I ordered was almost half of what other locations provide! I called the location right after pickup regarding the low portion of the meat and cheese, when she said she couldn't do anything to resolve it! I finally raised the issue to corporate as she recommended.

Worst Subway experience ever on Silber and I10! The Asian lady working there yelled at us when we asked her to repeat herself. She was so upset that we were not able to understand what she was asking, that she literally yelled at us. She continued to prepare the sandwich with that old dried up lettuce and pickles! She didn't ask what we wanted on the sandwich or bothered to look up to see if we agreed with what she was putting in it.Absolutely horrible experience! Save yourself the frustration and anger of this empty place- No wonder!!

This is the worst Subway I have been too. The Chinese lady and two Mexicans have very bad attitudes. They never want to let me use my coupon for a free cookie. They say I can only use one coupon for one transaction only. Does anyone ever had this problem??

Order two subs online. Both made wrong. Came back the next day to get them remade. Lady wanted to argue with me that she was working and knew they were made right.... Lo and behold I saved half of one of the foot longs to show her ( sweet chicken teriyaki, that they put mayo and pickles on like fkin seriously?) still didn't want to remake it and only make a 6 inch. I told her I gave half of it away to a homeless person because who orders that Rude MODYour employees messed up, just make it right.

Just as I arrived, a woman came out, Helen (I read her name on her hat), with a bad face, little or no courtesy, she just looked at me with reluctance and said the bare minimum: may I help you? From then on she was rude, I asked her for help in Spanish,but although she spoke it, she did not communicate with kindness, always with a look that seemed angry or something like that. I understand that this unfriendly treatment of this woman is not subway policy, but I will not return to this subway to avoid being treated in that unpleasant way. And finally, as if ironically, she pointed to her hat and said: "here is my name: what an unpleasant experience...

I’m definitely not coming back to this Subway. I have gave them (2) too many chances. The spinach is always old and today a small black piece of hair was in my sub. Disgusting! If I’m spending my money somewhere, I need to be satisfied and I’m never satisfied when going there and I will not be back.
