Never have I experienced a subway where they charge you extra for toppings! I went in on a weekday and had the server “Vero” so the name tag said on the side of the hat. She said that this store charges extra for lettuce and onions. I was completely in shock and I said when was this? She said this is what it is and even mentioned that the store does take it out of her own check if she goes over a certain limit. She has to report the inventory list at the end of the month and depending on how much is left over it will affect her own salary. I can’t even believe that the store would treat their own employees this way. This is highly illegal and something must be done. I will never support this store ever again.
Not a soul in sight at this Woodway location - surly waitress - asked for an extra cucumber to fill the edge of the sandwich - said she would charge extra!!!!! For an extra pickle or cucumber!!! Argued with me. Nasty attitude. Will NEVER RETURN!!! Reason the place is EMPTY!!

I came here on Saturday, October 10th, 2024 around 1:30 PM. Emil was so patient and very kind. I live on the other side of town, but I will be sure to come back to this location if I am ever in the area. Thank you for the great service Emil!

Everything's connected. Bad server makes the atmosphere bad,which you can guarantee that your food isn't how you wanted it then it's terrible too. This experience was enough to email customer service.

Guy was nice enough but made my sandwich horribly wrong, not one thing was on it that I asked for aside from the chicken, which had THREE pieces of chicken for a FOOTLONG like two on one half one on the other, completely crazy can yall pls teach that kid how to read if yall “can’t give a refund”

I really dont care for subway but decided to give it one last try. These new 3 dollar wraps are horrible. Just one more reason y I don't like subway. Waste of my money truly trash.

Sara is always in a bad mood. I been here couple of times and always change the way I order my sub( double heat the meat longer) and when she is confronted she gets mad and rude saying "it's still the same" then she counts the ingredients. In a 6inch sub you will only get two of any topping or ingredients you want they count them and charge extra if you say you want an extra jalapeno
