I ordered food at 830 pm and they cancelled my order Monday may 27th, they never refunded me!!! It’s may 31st and they ain’t answering their phones. I now have to drive back over there to complain cause they are trying to be theives!

I ordered through the app at 3:12 and it said it would be ready at 3:30 and I arrived on my subway, there were three people serving. No one buying and my order wasn't even started. When I told them I had ordered online they didn't know what to do. So they made the subway but it didn't help that I ordered it 17 minutes before!!!! Very bad bad service

I went to order a sandwich at 730 pm on Feb 11. They said all they had was wheat bread. I literally saw the cheese and herbs behind the counter in the bread rack. They are very lazy and didn’t want to make a whole 2 sandwiches. So I went to another subway where they were very helpful and kind.
