Got a footlong tuna at this store, and it was the best made sandwiche I ever tasted. The lady working there had a big smile and was very attentive and helpful. She was fast and efficient. I am now now a life time customer there!

I am very disappointed with this Subway location. Every time I try to use coupons, there’s always an issue with the staff. Instead of honoring the promotions Subway puts out, I’m made to feel like I’m doing something wrong just for using them.

I even tried reaching out to corporate to get some clarity, but that turned out to be an even bigger disappointment. Nothing was resolved, and it feels like no one really cares about the customer experience.

Honestly, what is the point of sending out coupons if the stores are not going to accept them properly? It feels misleading and very frustrating as a customer. As someone who has enjoyed Subway for years, this whole situation has left me questioning whether it’s even worth coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when I came in for a take-out order. Instead of being greeted with basic courtesy, I was met with hostility and poor service. Customer service is the foundation of any business, and this behavior was completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location and hope management takes action to improve staff training and professionalism.

Just went to get a sandwich. The restaurant is closed 20 minutes before closing time. There are 2 employees inside and both are ignoring a paying customer. What is wrong with people? They both appear young, so there’s that. 1 male, 1 female. Owners should fire them. Closing early is the same as stealing.

WORST EMPLOYEES OF ANY SUBWAY. The older ladies are so rude and mean!! The younger ones try but I have never seen such mean old grumpy ladies. They never greet you and always act like you are a burden.

I ordered food at 830 pm and they cancelled my order Monday may 27th, they never refunded me!!! It’s may 31st and they ain’t answering their phones. I now have to drive back over there to complain cause they are trying to be theives!
