The lady at the cashier today aug 10 2022 at 2 pm . was the rudest and laziest person..There was another lady making sandwiches while there was a line and she was just standing at the cashier on her phone. I told the lady making sandwiches that she’s the only one working. The cashier confronted me about it and I told her because it was true. She also refused to give me a receipt when I payed for my food while trying to kick me out and I think she over charged me. Poor management.
The store was very clean and organized and I enjoyed the customer service that Dee provided me. I i’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again.
Love this location!!! The staff is friendly and the Manager, Mrs. D. is absolutely amazing!! She knows most of her customers by name and takes excellent care of all who come in. Our shop is right next door so we see the return customers daily!! Great service, friendly staff and good food!!! Highly recommend this location!!
It was close to closing time and Miss Dalal was so welcoming. She was awesome. I stop by occasionally on my way home from work and she is ALWAYS personable and pleasant to talk to. Bread and veggies are always fresh, unlike some Subways I've visited. She deserves a raise.
Love visiting this location came twice in the past week and the experience is truly great every time thank you subway team! Always so friendly and the place stays clean!!

I go to a lot of Subway restaurants in the Houston area. This is one of my favorites—they are fast, clean and friendly!!
I work as a nanny for three kids and they wanted eat subway sandwiches, so as a special day I took two of my girls to this place, there was a lady I don’t know what nationality but her skin color was brown like mine. I was ready to start explaining what we wanted when suddenly she interrupted me and said “I don’t speak Spanish ‘ I never tried to talk Spanish she didn’t give me the opportunity to speak before stop me . Then she turned her face to the kids to ask them about the order. I asked why did she do that to me and she said she didn’t do nothing wrong she said I was saying some Spanish words when I arrived so I wonder if racism is allowed in this place, and if she is right I would never put my feet on that place.I was so angry in front of my girls and left the place she ruined our special trip.Very rude customer service
I love this Subway! Convenient to my office, great service, clean and always fresh. I finally gave up on holding out for the Seafood & Crab to return, so today I has the turkey and ham. It was very good. The Hubert's Lemonade at the fountain is light and refreshing. I love it!! I like the new decor inside too. It fits the "Eat Fresh" slogan because it now looks fresh with the new makeover. Great job, Miss D! I will be back.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! I work across the street from this subway location, and have been coming here when i do not bring lunch to work (since 2016). It has been more than a couple of months that when i do go to buy a subway i NEVER get my receipt. Yesterday 3/1/2022 i had to snatched my receipt from the MANAGER because i notice that she was bout to take it and NOT give it to me. When she verbally told me my total her words exactly were "$8.11". When i reviewed my receipt charges at the end of the day (i know dumb of me to wait until the end of the day) i notice that i was charged $9.73 ( NO DRINK NO CHIPS) for a foot long. I re-reviewed my charges and it said. Total (Eat-in) $8.11 - Tips $1.62 - Total (With Tip) $9.73 Mind you i NEVER added a tip. THE MANEGER ADDED HERSELD A TIP FROM MY CARD. Again i have NOT been receiving any receipts for a couple of months now, so imagine how long back this has been going on for. This location is always packed during lunch since the hospital is right across the street. Imagine how much they are stealing from all the people that come in. I have sent an email to subway, we will see how long it takes for someone to contact me. I have been calling the store and they do no pick up. Please be careful and check your receipt.
I drive past two other Subway locations to arrive at the"Kingsride Subway". It is NOT the closest, but it is by far, the BEST!!! Manager is involved, makes the best sandwiches herselfwhile smiling and preparing your order. I have Been going to this Subway Location for approx 3 years, and STILL Love it!!!
Great quality and cleanliness but don't mobile order from here. There never look at the special instructions. 4th time they've ignored my special request to put the sauce on first. It's not a big ask. 12/30/21
