Really really bad service I left with out my order because the guy was throwing the vegetables in my bread he didn’t even toasted the bread first as normal order it makes me feel disgusting!! No respect at all

The food was great but there the lack guy was VERY rude and even walked off another employee had to come and finish my order….. what he got mad about was I did not go in the order he wanted me to go in as far as the vegetables your putting on. Employee was very rude and had attitude the whole time. If you don't want to be at work then quit but don't take it out on your customers. Drowned my sandwich after asking for a little more sauce and wouldn't even look at me. Sad honestly. Not sure who this employee is but they need to be fired I am not even the first or second person to specifically have a complaint about this employees attitude. She has cost you multiple sales already.

I love their subs, but the service is not like should be, I was eating my sub when a Hispanic guy approached to the counter to start his order, but this guy doesn't speak very well English, but a least he was trying to speak English and guy who was taking the order instead of helping out, he was so rude and sarcastic with him, No nice place.

Absolute worst service EVER sign says they open at 8 on Saturdays AND I am here at 8:38 AND dude INSIDE refuses to open door.... This is not the 1st Time... You also have bums laying all out on the sides sleeping..... They are never open the hours they have posted....... This place Is a JOKE...

Just got a DoorDash delivered. My sandwich was not made right. There was my chips and My cookies were missing every time I come to the store. They don't give a d*** They just are rude. They mess up all the time. This is why I don't go into the store and then I decide to order DoorDash and they do this exact same thing. These people really don't care about their customers or their customers money because they like to waste their customers money and time. Because I have to go back to the store every time. Because they dont know how to do stuff right?
