Just got a DoorDash delivered. My sandwich was not made right. There was my chips and My cookies were missing every time I come to the store. They don't give a d*** They just are rude. They mess up all the time. This is why I don't go into the store and then I decide to order DoorDash and they do this exact same thing. These people really don't care about their customers or their customers money because they like to waste their customers money and time. Because I have to go back to the store every time. Because they dont know how to do stuff right?
The worst, very bad service and no lettuce
I ordered on the app two combos for myself and my daughter today. When I got to the location for pickup they only gave me one combo. I showed them my order on the app and was informed they could only go off what is printed on the receipt when they pull it up in their system. As a result I didn't get to eat lunch today because I had to get back to work. Only silver lining was that the combo that went through was my daughter's. I don't think I'll be ordering from Subway again.

In only 6 customers, the food is very slow and already cold.

I ate a tuna sandwich on Thursday, 8/29. Later in the afternoon, I started getting chills and felt nauseous. Could not eat the rest of the the day. Today, Friday, I am still feeling sick to my stomach. Must be food poisoning from the tuna.

I've been going to this place for years and the gentleman (with the braids) that opens is courteous and respectful...

First time going to a Subway in a long time. I wanted some cookies and decided to go there since it was close and I love their white chocolate raspberry cookies. I walked in to the register, one woman was there but seemed preoccupied however, said nothing. While I was scanning the menu looking for the price for the cookies she left and went to the back and never returned, but still said nothing. Another woman was standing at the end of the counter where you order sandwiches the entire time, she said nothing. I thought maybe she was about to do an online order. Anyway, I stood there for about 7 mins, while noone said anything, and the lady at the end just standing there. Another customer in came in and passed me to order his sandwich. Still patiently standing at the register thinking surely she's going to ask what can she get me before ringing up the sandwich. Still nothing, and proceeds to ring up the guy. I had to ask if I was invisible. I asked the customer and the lady. She says, no ma'am. I just walked out and decided to leave a review. Came to the review section, and see a large picture of her in the most recent comment (below mine) by a different customer who found their experience unsatisfactory as well. Too bad, the shop smelled really good, I said to myself I would start eatting at Subway again because of how it smelled. If I hadn't already picked something up elsewhere, i would have ordered a sandwich. Unfortunately, this has completely turned me off from the company all together. The last few times I tried their sandwiches, i they tasted different and I didn't like the new taste but I was willing to try again. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. 8/26/24 around 4:30pm
I am a long-time Subway customer, and this lady has repeatedly provided terrible customer service.
I went there once and thought she was just having a bad day, didn't really like the experience at all and then came back again today 3 months later and experienced the same bad attitude, it was very disrespectful and I did not appreciate it at all.
I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I basically get the same thing at any subway I go to, but the gentleman working that day seemed very aggressive and rude for no apparent reason towards my friend and I. My friend never had subway before, and because of the experience we encountered at this specific location, he'll probably never eat at another one again. Customer service needs to always be maintained no matter how the employee is feeling. Leave it at the door before you clock in is my motto.

My online order was de-prioritized to foot traffic. The app said my sandwiches were done when I walked into the store and they had not started my order. I waited 20 minutes after the app finish time to get my order. Faster just to walk into store and stand in line.

Today they treated my son in this place with a lot of discrimination in this place for not knowing English... very bad manners, the dark man with the bows, unpleasant, very bad ? ? ?
DINORA was working super hard at this sight. What was moving very fast and efficiently being the only person there with a long line of people and online orders to attend to. She was amazing
Their employees don't want wash their hands or wear gloves. They don't want you to see them make the food (huge metal barrier blocking the service area) and their attitudes are disgusting. And these morons want you to pay for the food before it's made, lol. Subway's standards are declining everyday. I guess they'll spend more ad dollars on Steph Curry and Tom Brady.

Me and my boyfriend went to this subway to grab a quick lunch to go. At first he didn’t want a sandwich but changed his mind once he saw mine getting made and informed Tony he wanted one. The employee then proceeded to ignore him and ring me up. Then I informed him that he wanted a sandwich as well in which Tony got mad. Once he got the bread my boyfriend told him he wanted the chipotle sauce on the bread before it’s toasted because that is how he likes it . Tony then proceeded to argue and complain saying he can’t do that because that is not how he makes it and then crumbles the bread in his hand wanted to throw it at us. In which it turned into an unnecessary argument about a sandwich. I never felt so unsafe in a subway before for unnecessary reasons. There is no reason why Tony should stay employed at subway. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe.
