Sanitation concern. Staff literally used gloved hands to poke inside her ears. Also key ingredients are always missing. I need to stop giving them a shot.

I used to go to this Subway for the convenience. I gave them chance after chance, but there were no improvements. I have since gave up on going here. They always skimp on the meat, toppings, and sauces. One time, I’ve received moldy bread, so make sure to check the bottom of your sandwiches before consuming. I’ve received a sandwich with hair in it. Another time, I wanted to use a coupon and my accumulated points in the app, but the lady claimed that she couldn’t do it. One lady also refused to put a certain sauce on my sandwich because it “didn’t belong on it”. This is not normal. They use their language barrier as an excuse to not provide proper service. I don’t know how this location is still standing.

Awful attitude by staff
Look I am all for people work . But come on u don't understand me they don't even know the recipes. To their own sandwiches. I asked for grilled chicken avocado I got shredded chicken

They refused to take my Subway coupon that I got in the mail because “the manager isn’t here”. That’s such a stupid reason. Plus, your restaurant is totally empty. I was excited to know that there was a subway in my area, and your coupon would’ve worked for that purpose, but instead - you guaranteed I simply never eat there ever.

Even with the low bar of subway restaurants, this one somehow manages to be even worse than that.
I went here to order a sandwich and this lady got my order wrong and when I went in there the first time to order these people act like they didn't speak english like come on now. If you understand what we are saying don't serve Americans that's crazy yep I would avoid this place you shouldnt be in customer service till you have at least 2 years or 3 years of basic English.

I can see why everyone in the reviews are complaining about the lady at the front. She is completely rude and has no business in customer service.

The lady at the front should not be in customer service! She tried charging us extra for wanting ONE sandwich to be cut in half! She also had an attitude. She treated the people before us with more respect and at some point she was racist!

If you want your vegetables and dressing on the side so your sandwich doesn’t get soggy, they charge as if you got a salad

Great experience at Subway
My visit to Subway was fantastic in every way. The customer service was top-notch, with a friendly and efficient staff that made the whole process quick and pleasant.
The ingredients were extremely fresh, which made a big difference in the taste of the sandwich. Every component, from the bread to the vegetables and proteins, was in perfect condition, making the final result delicious.
The restaurant was impeccably clean and organized. This not only made everything look more appealing but also provided a sense of confidence and comfort while eating. Overall, it was an excellent experience that I will definitely repeat. Highly recommended!
