So the prices on the menu aren’t what they are in the computer. I also learned today subway charges 1.50 for cheese . Employee didn’t care and couldn’t honor the menu price. When asked who owns this subway , she doesn’t know

It’s a subway, you won’t get too much from the atmosphere but hey if you want a cheap meal here’s a decent place. Don’t expect a 4 star meal or anything.

Food is fairly fresh and it's the new design which is good. The older lady who works there told me they were out of water cups and I had to buy a bottle if I wanted any. You're seriously going to tell me with a straight face that you don't have more somewhere? Or just give me a regular one like every other restaurant would do in that case. The manager started yelling at the employees while lots of customers were in the store. Super unprofessional place, not clean, restrooms smell awful.

Terrible service, they don't know how to use the system, I tried to pay with a gift card and they didn't know how to charge me and the ladies are rude.I asked for a napkin to clean the table and they didn't want to give it to me lousy service the worst of the worst that happens to me for returning, the employees have a bad attitude!!!!!?

So disappointed, came to order a sandwich and no one in the front. Waited 5 minutes. When laddie walked in, i asked if i can use the restroom to wash my hands before i order and she denied and said no its getting clean and walked away. I was like wf going on here i told her i needed to wash my hands before i eat and she didn’t care so i left.

i stopped by to get a club sandwich but first I had to use the restroom really badly -- Well, Sandra immediately instead of saying "Hi, hello, how are you?" She really rude was like "The restroom isn't working." and when I asked where's the nearest restroom or if the other door led to a restroom, she really rudely said "What's your problem? the restroom isn't working!" and didn't even answer my question. I also speak spanish & she STILL tried to act as if she didn't understand me. As a result, I just left the store & didn't even want to order my sub there. That was a horrible way to handle a customer.

The Subway sandwich is always consistently good. This time I've ordered and paid with my app. When I arrived, I told her my name and informed her I've ordered thru the app. She wanted to see it on my phone to prove it. How would I know if I didn't do the ordering and my name was on the ticket after she finally gave me my order.

I ordered food on the app and it got delivered to my home by doordash. The driver was timely but my order was completely wrong which is on Subway and not door dash. I will never order on the app again.

The Subway sandwich is always consistently good. This time I've ordered and paid with my app. When I arrived, I told her my name and informed her I've ordered thru the app. She wanted to see it on my phone to prove it. How would I know if I didn't do the ordering and my name was on the ticket after she finally gave me my order.

I’m not typically a review person, but I highly recommend avoiding this subway at all costs. Horrendous customer service by the woman Sandra - who stated she was the owner of the business.

I love their sandwiches and variety, but this particular Subway has disgruntled staff. Smile, people! It's a very unfriendly environment to walk into, but I go because of the convenience.
