Lady was just slowly putting two subs together when I walked in. She didn't even acknowledge me. Just standing for like 5 min. Then she asked what kind of bread I wanted. I replied white. She went back to slowly putting two subs. I walked out. This was around 11:30pm

For one as soon as you walk in the door there are homeless people begging in unison for money or food. Then when you walk up to order there are 2 women standing at register but neither will acknowledge or greet you. So you stand there for a good two minutes then start to walk out which is the only time they actually look up from their phones but by that time it’s too late you’re already pissed. When you mention how long it took they get an attitude with you for being pissed with them. It’s an unnecessary cycle that could be avoided with people who actually wanna work.

Ordered online twice and each time they have gotten my order wrong. Was charged for bacon and didn’t receive any, wrong bread n sandwich. Nobody ever answers the phone nor speak English.

Had curbside pick up, but the employees were too lazy to bring it out when it was 3 of them & no one was even in there. They claimed they don’t do it, but website and app definitely says they’re suppose too. They just didn’t want to bring it out. Might as well not offer curbside pickup.

If I could give this location zero stars I would the customer service is absolutely horrible I walked in nobody is in the store one lady was cleaning off the slicer didn't say hello are anything looked at me and went back cleaning the slicer had to say hello for another lady to come from the back and she acted like she didn't want to be there she was super rude but the Hispanic people that was behind me she was super friendly and extra to will never vist this location again

The cashier rang up the coupon and it worked, but her manager did not honor it. BTW, they had to keep the sandwich as my daugher walked out and we went to another storeThis is another example of an employee who should have honored the customer and instead got stuck with a sandwich. This manager or whatever title she holds will be stuck at working at a job like this all her life.If this review reaches the franchisee, you need to look at how much money is being stolen. The employees don't honor the coupon after they ring it out expecting the customer to pay full price; and then the employee pockets the extra.I know these places don't pay much. I treat the employees with respect and don't expect much, but I will not be robbed.
