I never write reviews but this is getting ridiculous. I go to this location a few times a week because it is close to my work. Every single time I’ve been here that older bigger Hispanic lady is so insanely rude. I’ve watched her tell a man (WITH HIS TODDLER about to use the restroom on himself ) tell him he can’t use the restroom unless he buys something, Ive witnessed her having full on cussing arguments with customers (including a 10-13 year old child over a mobile order) The fact that she is still hired there despite all of these negative reviews blows my mind. Truly a hire up needs to get in there to see how she is to all of the customers. I’m not sure what her problem is In life, but she takes it out at work. She rolls her eyes, her tone is rude, if there is something not on the menu, she will make sure to convey it in a condescending tone to you like YOU should know when they are out of stock on things. I thought maybe it was just me, until I came with a few of my colleagues and they all asked “what’s her problem?”. I have never seen someone so miserable who hates their job the way this lady does.

I went and bought a footlong Philly cheese sandwich( take out) and when I made it home to eat there was more melted cheese I was very unhappy. I went back today and talked to the Manager today and she didn't want to talk to me about the service the other employee was doing all the talking..( He was not the Manager ) I hope this situation gets resolved.. THEY WERE BOTH RUDE I EVEN SHOWED THEM THE RECEIPT. ....

The satff is very friendly, always in a good mood. On my visit today I notice the doors being opened, the manager said their a/c is been out for two days, they have to use both ovens, so you can imagine how hot is behind the counter, for a staff this friendly is not fair for them to be dealing with rude customers and the heat at the same time.

they need to train their staff more. the teenager (melissa, i think was her name) is incredibly slow & also skipped me in line to help someone after me. when i made a noisez she was like, "oh, you wanted to order?" uh, yeah? i was in line?

Rude people should not work in a service industry. I gave them 1 star because the review won’t allow me to give 0 stars. My husband and I stopped today for a foot long Philly and I ask for extra bell peppers and onions. The girl kept putting two or three pieces every time. I ask for peppers three times and onions twice. I didn’t want any lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, olives. So why can’t I have extra of the two items I wanted? The woman was so rude. She was shaking her head in disgust and rolling her eyes. My husband saw her and said let’s go. We left her and the sandwich. We went to Jersey Mike’s and had a great Philly. There’s a Subway on every corner. We will never set foot in this store again.

Well tried to order food and all they had was wheat bread and no white bread. Not sure how they are going to sell just wheat bread that 1 day
