This is the third time I've come to this location and they are out of one or two meats they're out of cheeses they don't have the specials that are advertised or they don't participate in the specials that are advertised so I go less than a quarter mile down the street to another Subway and this location has everything and they participated in everything.
I don't get it.
It is always peaceful to go to and it’s very clean. I have gone when there is long line, and my order is quickly taken care of. I enjoy coming during the weekend and recommend everyone else to go too.
Every time I come there's only one person working. So you're going to wait while she does the online and your order. Then you're going to be rushed through because again only one person is working. Also because again only one person is working she has to refill all the veggies herself. So you might go without because the trays are not full. Today was the last day I'm coming into this location. Read all the reviews. This place could do better. Get some staff! The manager should know better.
I just to this Subway to get some late lunch. I noticed only one employee was there and he was eating, also noticed he got upset to see me. I asked him how was he doing, never answered me. He was very rude to me, when I asked him what was the problem, he said, I am here to make a sandwich not to talk to people. I told him to shoved that sandwich into his you know what. I was leaving and he attacked me, wanted to fight, once I got into my car he went outside and kicked my door and made a big damage. This is not acceptable. He is just doing whatever he wants because there are not people around. He needs to be trained and go to anger management class
Lady was completely rude with bad attitude, the only give you a little bit of protein , Mrs. Victoria stated go somewhere else down the street because I complained about the super small portion they gave me and I paid for extra meat

Horrible service from Wendy!! Very bad attitude, as well as bad energy, rolling of her eyes. I'm disgusted by the service I received here today. I walked out and did not even purchase anything because of her attitude. Also, saw me standing there waiting to order, a lady then walked in and Wendy ignored me and helped the lady that walked in after me!! I won't be returning to this location because of Wendy. Also, she didn't even have a name tag, so that might not even be her name but that's what she told me it was. It's Saturday November 9th, 2:39 p.m. She was working with 1 other tall gentleman who was very nice to me as well as pleasant
So the older lady name (Hispanic heavy set lady) Victoria told me that using the restroom was for customer only and I came to eat but I didn't want to order my food and leave it sitting 🤔 I think it's very rude of her to strug her shoulder in a very disrespectful way and disregarded anything I was telling her I will never show back up to this establishment and for anyone else who comes here it was a waste you should definitely send her to proper customer service training to appease the people who come here and spend there money I would really like it if management reaches out and corrects her behavior.
Very fast for only two people working , work around here and every time I come for lunch there's a line but the workers manage very well
I never write reviews but this is getting ridiculous. I go to this location a few times a week because it is close to my work. Every single time I’ve been here that older bigger Hispanic lady is so insanely rude. I’ve watched her tell a man (WITH HIS TODDLER about to use the restroom on himself ) tell him he can’t use the restroom unless he buys something, Ive witnessed her having full on cussing arguments with customers (including a 10-13 year old child over a mobile order) The fact that she is still hired there despite all of these negative reviews blows my mind. Truly a hire up needs to get in there to see how she is to all of the customers. I’m not sure what her problem is In life, but she takes it out at work. She rolls her eyes, her tone is rude, if there is something not on the menu, she will make sure to convey it in a condescending tone to you like YOU should know when they are out of stock on things. I thought maybe it was just me, until I came with a few of my colleagues and they all asked “what’s her problem?”. I have never seen someone so miserable who hates their job the way this lady does.

I went and bought a footlong Philly cheese sandwich( take out) and when I made it home to eat there was more melted cheese I was very unhappy. I went back today and talked to the Manager today and she didn't want to talk to me about the service the other employee was doing all the talking..( He was not the Manager ) I hope this situation gets resolved..

The satff is very friendly, always in a good mood. On my visit today I notice the doors being opened, the manager said their a/c is been out for two days, they have to use both ovens, so you can imagine how hot is behind the counter, for a staff this friendly is not fair for them to be dealing with rude customers and the heat at the same time.
