Food tasted horrible, like old ham and vegetables. I couldn’t even eat 50% of it, It didn’t taste fresh and to top it off the blonde haired middle eastern lady working the counter was rude. I asked her for no onions and she said you can take them off later. I told her I’m not paying for it if you add the onions. Then right before me payin she said I added the onions. (Jokingly) I should’ve walked out then and there. Won’t be going back to this location.

This morning I had a bad time when I went to buy a bread at subway, they have a woman with yellow hair, when I arrived there was no one in the store, they were in the back listening to loud music, when I answered she had a bad attitude because she I asked if he knew how to speak Spanish, to which his answer was no, I defended myself and told him what I wanted, but since I was talking on the phone he was not paying attention to what I was asking for, I consider that we all have to have good treatment and good attention to the client indifferent to the nationality Let's say, The food is super delicious but that poor service doesn't even make me return to the place.

Normally don’t complain but changes need to be made at this restaurant.. 1 the restroom not available bcus the manager locked and took the key need to wash hands. 2 the AC not ON feels super hot inside. 3 the fountain drinks not working no ice. 4 the bottle drinks inside the fridge are not cold.. nothing against the server he was real polite

Worst customer service EVER! I've tried this location a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt. But they will ignore you and act like your a ghost unless you call them out. I'm a latina and they don't speak Spanish. I can obviously communicate with them all but even so.. .they refuse to help or even acknowledge a human being. I end up walking out after 10 minutes or get a half a*s sandwich. If you want to be treated with any human decency, pick another location.

I arrived at 10:30 and it was already closed. They close the store half an hour early. Thursday 8/1/2024. Before he had arrived at the same time and always bought. Today the workers wanted to leave early, my worst experience on the subway.

This is a high volume location during the lunch rush so they appeared to be well staffed… a dedicated cashier and 3 sandwich artist.
I ordered as usual through the app..and even got a discount so I’m expecting prompt service.
10 minutes later, I refreshed the app and it says it’s being prepared.
I went inside, expecting to wait a minute or two, but then when I got to the counter and acquired, she had no knowledge of my order??
She asked for my name and order number, which i showed her, so she hit some keys on the cash register then she finally located my order. This was my first amazement!

One of the artist started to prepare my order as I watched them remove a burnt order from the oven and then toss it out..

So finally 25 minutes later after ordering inception, I received my sandwich and left.
I didn’t have the heart to go back in and tell them that they had forgotten to toast it!!!

Caught them bringing in outside dirty ice !!!!
Just left this location and I am shocked this place hasn’t been shut down .
The lady making sandwiches is extremely rude , she got annoyed and swore at me for asking to make my food a certain way.
The establishment is dirty and disorganized, the food was not fresh and bread even looked undersized .
Everything about this restaurant is very shady and dirty.
Do yourself and avoid this location!!!!!
