I literally just pickup an online order at 12:45 pm 09/19/2024; I am displeased because add the topping I request on my flat bread nacho chicken order were very slim. I got 3 leaves of spinach, 2 slices of jalapeños, 1 slice banana pepper and 2 slice cucumber. I’m a veggie person; if anything I want veggies. If this is considered a regular amount of greens then maybe I should have requested additional. Geeze… 😒

I went to get a tuna sandwich and I asked for some jalapeno juice put on my tuna sandwich and he ask if he can do that and he said no we don't do that what the attitude in his voice now granite the sandwich was already fixed and ready to go I told them to keep it all I wanted some jalapeno juice lousy Right next to hers on 1960 and I 45 in Houston that explains why there's no people in that store never have people in there the attitude is nasty the the team leader is not a real leader
Restrooms always out of order. Fix it. Or maybe they don't want to clean it.

Was clearly racially profiled here by a older Hispanic lady . For one she made me pay for my meal BEFORE I even got it so I wasn’t allowed to get a drink. Then I request a water cup and she stands there staring at me while i get my water. I walk to my car she still stares. I’m actually sitting in my car outside of subway and she is currently still staring at me I will never come to this location again. Terrible service , racist staff.

The main older lady who was working at 12:30 in the afternoon gave me my change and then proceeded to grab my cookie with the gloves she just touched money with……..
after she did that she then continued making someone’s sandwich. This kinda stuff is nasty. I surely hope these employees are washing their hands.

I recently ordered a Philly cheesesteak from Subway, expecting a hearty sandwich filled with flavorful ingredients. However, what I received was an utter disappointment. The sandwich was completely devoid of cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce, which are essential components of a Philly cheesesteak. Instead, the only topping present was a sparse layer of cucumbers, which did nothing to enhance the flavor. The overall experience was dismal and far from the satisfying meal I anticipated.
Adding to the dissatisfaction, the bread was soggy, making the sandwich almost inedible. The soggy bread combined with the lack of key ingredients resulted in a truly unpleasant dining experience. Subway's failure to deliver on a simple order and maintain the quality of their sandwiches was extremely disappointing. This experience has significantly lowered my trust in their ability to provide consistent and enjoyable meals.

I don’t live in this area, but was in that parking lot meeting my daughter. My husband took my five year old in to get a footlong cookie because he’s been wanting to try it. While inside my son needed to use the restroom. They attempted to go and were met with a locked door. When they approached the staff they were told that the restrooms were not available for use. How can a dine in fast food restaurant deny a paying customer use of the restroom. This is a piss poor establishment and the level of customer service shows. I never contact corporate but I made sure I did this time.
