The cashier and the other lady’s serving food here are rude. Don’t come here to grab a sandwich bc they don’t let you use the restrooms to wash your hands first. Very bad experience. They run a big chain restaurant with a small quality service in mind.

Staff can barely speak English if it all and when asking a question they are very standoffish we're rude. I placed the order via phone, but by the time I got there my phone was dead. I tried to explain this to the manager and she was very rude telling me I couldn't charge my phone because none of the outlets worked. Until about 10 minutes later she finally told me that there was an outlet and pointed to it but I had to stand the whole time my phone was charging because they had put stuff all in front of that one outlet that works. Also is a paying customer I would expect to be able to use the restroom, but they tell you the restrooms don't work until you watch one of them go use the exact same restroom they just told me didn't work.

If I could give zero starts for service I would! I placed a mobile order at 1:00pm and the app said it would be ready by 1:20pm. Attempted to pick up my order at 1:30pm and was told by I guess the manager that the order was not ready and that they had just received it! This is the second time this has happened to me at this same location. I showed her the app and she said no sorry it’s not ready we just received the order! There was a huge line and only one person helping customers while the manager just stood there! I felt bad for the person making the sandwiches bc her hands were literally full. I just ended up asking them to cancel my order and ordered at a subway where I know my order will be ready by the time shown on the app.

I gave this place a 1star, because as a paying customer you can’t go to the restroom. The restroom is always out of order and one of the older ladies is rude. I have visited this place many of times and witnessed customers complain about paying customers can’t go to the restroom. So, if we can’t go , that meant employees can’t go?

The team here is never all that engaging. Even though the sandwiches taste subpar compared to other locations, I still come, because it’s close to home. Today, the soda was watered down. I got the $6.99 meal deal. My total was $8.11, so I questioned it. She told me that was the total with taxes. Once I got in my car, I reviewed the receipt and there is something called “RO delivery fee” on here for $0.50. I walked in and ordered my food, so what’s a delivery fee about? I didn’t bother going back to complain, I’m just never going back and encouraging everyone to watch out for random fees at this location.

NO STARS- every bad review on here, is true!! I am tired of young workers being zombies and can’t even snap out of it when you say something. And seriously, make my sandwich with care, clean up the ingredient area, ASK ME WHAT I WANT!! You can’t see when they are putting on the meat and cheese. 2 workers, one woman, one young man with a hat pulled over his eyes and his curly hair sticking out, very annoying, completely unsanitary. Hair nets, they’ve been around for a while now, use them. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

Decided to not even order from in there because they don’t even have a public restroom for their customers. It’s not working. Why would I order from someplace? I can’t even use the bathroom at while I’m sitting there eating.

Google says they close at 10pm so I put in an online order around 9pm that said it would be ready around 9:20.
I come in right before 9:30 and 2 potential customers were upset and walking out. They told me that they were told they are closed. I said I have an online order so I waited at the counter as someone was being helped. My order wasn't printed or made yet.
Management needs to figure out what time they are closed or how to make sure the online ordering stops receiving orders if the workers can't handle the work or if they are understaffed. The young man helping me tried his best. The other worker was obviously upset or irritated. She disappeared in the back after locking the door so no one else would come in.

When I walked in. No greet or anything. I got in line waiting for someone to show up from back. About 2 minutes later employee shows up, nonchalant and doesn’t even look at me. We were both just sending there silently then when he did decide to speak, he spoke with a baby voice and I couldn’t understand him multiple times. I had to resort to reading lips. I told him what I wanted and I didn’t want the cheese sauce. He put cheese sauce anyways..
then pours 3x the amount of onions. Didn’t ask me if I wanted a 6 inch or foot long. So I left with a foot long which I didn’t initially want. Then to make matters worse. Bathroom doesn’t work “or isn’t clean” and sanitizer isn’t filled either. I guess he heard me complaining so picks that time to damage control and sweep. Oh while he was sweeping, another customer was patiently waiting and also being ignored. Dude was passive aggressive and negligent to say the least.

Horrible service. The two employees were mimicking someone and just talking down on that person the whole time . The sandwich was pitiful and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Last time I'm going to this location. 2/17/25
