There is a young lady that works at the front. I think her name is Aly. She’s really nice professional and she makes the sandwiches really fast. Last night I went in there with 10 people. She made all our sandwiches without any mistakes. Seemed like a young lady that’s working hard to get through life.

My friend and I were standing near the tables trying to figure out what we wanted and after awhile the lady working there on Thursday around 9am she told us to leave in a rude tone while we were trying to figure out what we wanted never going there again would not recommend if the workers are rude.

The lady making the sandwiches don’t greet me at all, I walked up she just stared at me and barely cracked a smile. But was very kind to the Spanish speaking gentlemen ahead of me lol then as she’s starting to make my sandwich I notice the lettuce is brown, spinach wilted, jalapeños even looked nasty, the onions were completely out (she acted like they had no more) and then only put three pickles on my sandwich. I asked for extra, she gave me one extra. (Come on, I can pay for a few extra if needed) quality of food and service was awful. The location on Eldridge and Cypress North Houston is 100000x better. And I RARELY leave reviews. :)

Second time I have gone there for a plain tuna sub, and the bread was hard as a brick. It was not toasted. First time I called to let them know I got a free sandwich…Bread was still hard.

I walked in, and no one was out front to service the food I said hello nothing and I even sat down to wait for someone to come out for about 10 minutes no one came out another customer came in and the (short Hispanic middle age) lady finally came out but she started arguing with him, I just left very unprofessional.

never been to a worse subway or fast food place in general, the spanish lady at the counter overcharged me for my order and was not helpful at all when i confronted her about it.
my regular order was supposed to be around 10$, but when i saw the price it said 15$, and she completely ignored me until i paid, in which i checked the receipt and saw that i was indeed completely overcharged, she had added extra toppings to my order, i know it wasn't a mistake either because i literally only get pepperoni and cheese.
i tried asking her about it and instead of refunding it she tried making me pay for it again?? it almost felt like she was pretending to not be able to speak english well in order to get more money out of me.
at the end of the day, i still have not gotten my money back.
