One of the better locations due to the service level. I have been going to this same location for over 15 years and is always the same family that runs and works there. Customer acknowledgment is great as well as the personable service they offer. We can walk in at lunch and have 6-10 people in line a head of you, and you will still get served in the time it typically takes other Subways with 2 people in line!

The orders were wrong with hardly anything on them.. I used to work at a sandwich place and just don’t understand how you can screw up this bad lol.. I can’t even be mad it’s just sad.all I have to say is- how is this location still in business???? also how do you not have a working phone number for a restaurant especially with deliveries??? So confusing.

Check your order before you drive off. My mobile order had ingredients missed, and they also forgot the cookie. Grilled chicken had some bad pieces I had to remove from the sub (crunched almost like cartilage)

Do you know how frustrating it is to have your money taken after you ordered chicken BACON ranch elite on the app, then go to the restaurant to pick up your food to find out they ran out of BACON and SHREDDED CHEESE? And this is not the first time it has happened. I don't order out food much because how expensive everything is, so when there's a promo BOGO, I look forward to utilizing it. I can feed my kids and I on 2 footlong. Please write a notice on the door or something if you don't have certain items. Wasting people's time and gas money driving to subway on grant and jones and being unhappy afterwards. I will call the manager and share this too because sometimes people ignore reviews.

I had not stopped at a subway in a long time. Ordered two one-foot long meatballs, Rolls were 2nd or 3rd day old, precut like a hamburger bun, bit into the sandwich and the roll was so hard all the meatballs fell onto the table. Flavorless!Now I remember why I had not visited subway in such a long time. The atmosphere was great No customers were there at Noon time on a Saturday.

I ordered a meatball sub from Uber Eats last night and got sent a FROZEN meatball sub. I am absolutely disgusted and concerned if they tampered with my food in any other way. Yes I ordered close to closing but they could have called me and told me they were sold out but instead were petty and send me frozen trash.I paid $20 to get this delivered to me and that's what I received. I had to microwave the meatballs and then toast my entire sub in the oven. Half way through eating I wondered if they had tampered with it in any other way and had to throw the rest out. All this on top of losing my best friend in an accident and not eating for 2 days. Whoever closed last night I hope you learn how to be a decent human and learn to work!!! It would have taken you 2 seconds to call me and inform me. I would have gladly have cancelled and ordered a pizza or something.Ps if management reaches out the name on the order was Justin C and order #62A20I tried calling but couldn't get an answer so I resorted to Google.

I ordered a bowl and a sandwich online for pickup. I went in 10 min later than what my order said and it wasn't ready or even being worked on. I had to ask the kid working and he just said "oh yea" and started working on it, the store was empty. paid extra for mozzarella to be added in my bowl and well my bowl did not have mozzarella , didn't notice until I got home. The bread on my sandwich was stale. I called right away and the line wouldn't even ring my call would just end, I tried several times and gave up. Wont be going back as this isn't the first I've had issues with orders.
