I have ordered from this location several times using food delivery apps, and the order has always been correct and the sandwiches carefully put together. Of course there are higher quality non-chain options for sandwiches around Houston, but these subs are pretty tasty.

Large store, lots of seating. Plenty of lunch rush staff. Disappointed they didn't have the strawberry guava lemonade that other Subways have. Plenty of parking.

I tried to order a foot long steak and cheese, and noticed that the girl making my sandwich put to small scoops of meat (it didn’t even fill up the scooper). I asked her could she put a little more meat on it (because I could still see a lot of the white part of the bread)… especially because I was about to spend almost $9 on just a sandwich. What upset me is that the employee working with her said IN SPANISH “Charge her extra”. I’m black but I am bilingual. That was absolutely rude and disrespectful. 1. The food was being made poorly. And 2. You shouldn’t speak a different language in front of customers because you think they don’t understand.

I decided to go to the subway for lunch and the minute I tried stepping in, I get locked out! The lady was saying in Spanish that they were closed and aren’t taking anymore orders, that wouldn’t been a problem if it weren’t for the fact that they open literally two hours ago and have other people inside. I suggest taking your business elsewhere if they going to be disrespectful and pick favorites on who gets to eat there. Wasted my time just walking there and back from work.

This location is now our Subway. Always a pleasure to stop in. We usually get here late, but they are ready to serve till the last minute. Never out of bread, cheese or meats and the toppings are fresh and full. Thank you for your effort!
