While standing in line to get my food, one of the employees had done something, I’m not sure exactly what took place but I watched the manager stand there and After talking about her to other people standing in line, which I felt like was very unprofessional, he continued to stand there in earshot of everyone and talk crap to her Asking her how she was going to embarrass him in front of his friends like that, and then after said, he was done with it and swung the door open and went out into the cafeteria. It was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen in my life. He was a middle-aged, overweight, man. I didn’t catch his name, but whoever he is, he ought to be ashamed of himself and the way he treated a person you have an office for a reason if you need to discipline an employee, that’s where you need to take them period! I was absolutely appalled!

I walked in no contact at all. I said hi was completely ignored. 1 customer in line employee talking with the customer about order and preparing order. I guess they knew each other friends I guess. The employee was slow making the order didn't look at me never said anything at all to me. I thought I wasn't there and I thouggt I wad interrupting their conversation. The employee finished the order. He stood at the counter talking to his friend for about 2-3 minutes or more. I watched the clock which was right there on the wall. The employee handed his friend his food and proceeded to keep on talking with him as though I wasn't there. So I left. Sad part is I was really hungry. So that's okay for you it's a good thing I went somewhere else. Anyway my very first time ever having a very bad experience with subway. I eat there as often as I can. I will only complain about that 1 for years to come. Once I have a bad experience about something I really do care to share it. It's a good thing to get it off your chest and let people know. It's a good thing you don't know me cause I am a very influential person and know a lot of people. So that is why I contain my self from not saying all subways are like that. The subway I visited was the 1 on the corner of fannin and holcolm. I am very sorry I interrupted your place of business and I am praying for you and the employee that doesn't have customer service knowledge. I hope and pray it was a 1 time situation with that employee. Maybe it was his off day. 1 off day as by an employee can mean a lot of money over time. I don't mind giving you my name and number.

The officer at the entrance of the building told me we could not eat here unless we had a patient at the children’s hospital here ! Even though I’m a patient at MD Anderson within walking distance and on a medically prescribed diet which I informed him of - he said oh sorry about that ! BEWARE other MD ANDERSON patients - Cancer patients aren’t welcome at the Subway in this hospital

Keeping it very simple the Subway in Texas Children has very rude service. Not much to say just rude & unprofessional . I asked for a number 9 and when I asked to remove the veggies she gave me a smart remark saying “that is not a number 9” just take the onion and peppers off and move on!! Had an attitude the whole time she was making my sandwich.
