There are very good people working here, but there are many times when there are not enough staff and supplies for the sandwiches! Very bad on the part of the company because we waste time as customers and the employees do not do their job well.

Rude lady at the front 11/24/24 5:30, I asked her for a cold cut and she keeps repeating in Spanish what do I want and I already had explained to her what I wanted , she keeps ignoring it so I walked out, u need more English speakers . Never coming back

Incredible terrible customer service , rude ass lady completely ignoring me for 10 minutes , then once she ringed me up yelled at me for putting in my phone number???? For points ??? And I asked nicely to also charge me a bottled soda and she rudely told me to go fetch it , like I worked at subway before they are literally all cokes the same price ???? Why did she need to command me like a dog to go grab it so she can ring me up, but she had like 3 kids there grabbing whit without paying

On Thursday, October 17, at around. 4:10 we went to buy a sandwich, and we had very bad service from the store manager, he yelled at me, insulted me, in front of my son and he ran us out of the store and did not want to sell us the food, I wait and take it in Please note my comment so they can improve customer service.

I saw the sign on the glass facing away from the building: "6" cold cut combo Tuesday special $6.99." I went in to ask what was in the cold cut combo. Both the cashier and the other employee pointed at the menu several times, which didn't say. I asked repeated what was in it. Nobody spoke English. I used Google translate to repeat the question. The worker said "three different kinds of meat." I wasn't satisfied w/that answer & left. I went to Taqueria Arandas in the same block: if I have to speak Spanish to get food, I'll do it in a Mexican restaurant w/a menu that spells out what's in each dish in BOTH languages, including English, the language of the one paying for the food: me.
