I visited it on November 15 about 9:50 and the place was closed. The guy was there but ran to the back in order to avoid us. Whom ever is the manager need to hire reliable workers who will take care of your customers.

Drove to this location bc it said on the website that this location closes at 10pm. To our surprise the person working closed the location 15 minutes early and had the door locked, open sign on while they had earbuds in. When they noticed us knocking, the employee didn’t even look up when they yelled out “closed!” Definitely left a bad impression. ?

Slowest and laziest service I have seen and it's consistently like that because I tried 4-5 times thinking well we all have our moments but no... It took the guy making the sandwich at least 3 minutes just to get the bread cut in half and put the ham and cheese. Oh,and you can no longer see the meet section for whatever reason.

There’s this girl that works on Sundays that always tells me the footlong cookie is out. She is clearly lying because it’s every time she works suddenly they don’t have it. I’m not angry at all I just simply wanna know why? Hopefully she will see this and know I know? It’s like… does she just not wanna make it? Or does she think I don’t deserve a cookie? It’s just doesn’t make sense to me and I can’t move on.
Update: Saw myself in the mirror. Nvm. She should be promoted. Thank you.?

As of this writing, the service at this location has greatly improved from last year. Fast, friendly, and everything is well-stocked. The music is sometimes too loud, but that's a minor quibble. Great location for pick-up orders from my experience.
Vegetarian options: Between the cheeses, breads, toppings, and condiments, there's a huge number of ways you can jigger your sandwich... though ultimately it is just veggies and cheese on bread.
