I placed an online order during my lunch break and when I arrived to pick up my order the closing employee was very rude. My Philly chess steak was not toasted and very messy with little to no steak. The sandwich was very cold and not enjoyable at all.

Service was bad, I ordered online via my app and when I arrived I was my order didn’t come through, so I was like yes it did the app says you are preparing it. She again said no it isn’t. So then said can I just place my order at that point she said well do you want to cancel that order so you won’t pay twice and I said yes they already charged me, so she turned around and said oh he is your order it didn’t have a name but when I got it I could see my name it was just faded. This was after 16-20 mins of waiting

I went into this subway on my lunch break. I gave my order of the Wednesday special for ro the pick your veggies and this is when the experience went down hill. I specifically asked for bell peppers salt pepper mayo. In the process of the sandwich making I got a crap ton of Parmesan cheese that I never asked for. I said I didn’t ask for that I asked for salt and pepper not Parmesan he looked at the line looked at me I said really your looking at the line. I said whatever dude I’ve already been in line 20 minutes while there’s only 3 people in front of me with simple orders and 2 sandwich artist and a women cashier at this point there’s 7 other customers behind me having to repeat their order over and over. I then said bell peppers and he put jalapeñoa, again I didn’t say jalapeño I can’t eat spicy food due to my health condition. Again a blank stare, and folded up my sandwich in the wrapper and pushed it to the next guy no mayo. He and his co worker then looked at each other and started speaking Spanish and looked at me and rhe young guy rolled his eyes the one with the beard and said what do you want on this I said that’s not my sandwich that’s the guy infront of me. He pushed my food along and I said oh I’m done looking at the guy who made my sandwich and I said so you made my entire sandwich wrong, no mayo not what I asked for and your gonna dismiss me. Blank star and the last interrupted and said 7.57. I paid for my food but I didn’t even get to eat my lunch a waste of 7.57. The language issues definitely an issue and not even an offer to remake my food just looking at the line behind me. It’s unprofessional that you speak Spanish infront of customers and it shouldn’t be tolerated especially followed by looks given. As a person who is half Hispanic I am offended because that shouldn’t be allowed at all in the workplace infront of customers and they clearly weren’t discussing fixing my sandwich. I will never eat her again and I will be contacting corporate. I wasted my entire lunch break dealing with this establishment and not even getting what I asked for in return. The customer service is not good at all. Do better. Period

Wow! Never have I ever experienced service like this rudeness! Just decided to pick up a tuna simple sandwich! It’s Memorial Day, headed to gym 4:00pm May 26,2025. I walk in a lady and young man see me walk in and I wait, and wait and wait. Finally I address the young man and asks after seems like 5min, “ Is someone gonna take my order ?” He responds “she is..” well she didn’t seem very into it. I asked for 6” wheat Tuna .Btw I speak Spanish if that’s the problem! She didn’t even look at me when she spoke she barked “ what do you want “! Wow She gave the most Unwelcoming feeling and I said “ You Know what…Nevermind!” WOW! Never been here and I won’t ever come back! Horrible treatment towards customer! I didn’t even do anything to deserve this! These two people have NO BUSINESS in Food Service! Miserable and disappointing! She didn’t even care even was smug and told me “Thank You”! Good luck with this kind of service toward public!
