I went in for a sandwich and noticed that there was a roach in the cucumbers. I informed the employee and she removed the roach with a napkin and proceeded to making my sandwich without changing her gloves. I wasn’t able to eat the sandwich just from the thought that maybe other ingredients were contaminated the same and they still used them.

I truly wasn’t looking forward with going to this location after looking at the reviews. But my son really wanted Subway. I asked the rep to warm up my chicken in the microwave twice and just ignored my request. Noticed they didn’t have any baked lays chips in the store. Then I got to the fountain drinks and out of 7 options only the Dr.Pepper and Coke worked. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.
Lunch hour sub, ordered through the mobile app, great location, preparer was on it, guy crafted a perfect flatbread, friendly too, clean location, definitely a top subway spot. Only downside is parking, First Watch gets packed, you might be circling a few times for this spot.

Ordered online they were out of salad bowls I asked. For a refund guy said no that his. Manager. Said they couldn’t give refunds. That he could make me a sandwich instead. So I agreed to the sandwich so I get home all the sandwiches are salty as hell. Churro stale and. Burnt I’m so mad right now I’m not gonna keep wasting my gas to keep trying to go back and forth with this man that works there but I wasted over 30 dollars in salty sandwiches and. I’m just really irritated that. A manager would even say. That I couldn’t get a refund for stuff there out of that’s not my fault ! Very rude. Man and. For. Them not even to give me a refund and give me nothing but salty. Sandwiches is. Insane !
Had to wait for 5 mins to start my order because the employee was too busy on his phone talking to someone and keeping us waiting and do not even have a decency to apologize for the wait and also has this attitude! If you do not like this job then quit and get some other job! Customers come in for good service and food and not to take employees attitude and waste time ! Never going back here! Management need to check this location and also keep an eye on your employees ! See the pictures and you will see no one on the counter because he is busy on call which for sure is personal call and not work call

I was here at this location date dec 28 2023 around 9:40PM. Customer service was not good. I requested the gentleman to use fresh knife as I was requested vegetarian sandwich due to some religious barrier and he refused to serve me sandwich because he don’t want to use fresh knife. I will make sure not to come back here including my family and friends as protest. We will not give any future business to specially this franchise.

I met a cool man today, his name is Johnny and he is a sandwich artist. I was on a trend of not going to subway because of very poor experiences I've had. I took a chance today and it was a wise decision. Johnny put a lot of love and care into the sand which he made for me. He even skillfully suggested ingredients that would pair well with each other. End result was Johnny made my evening much better, the sandwich was healthy and very well put together, and the restaurant was very clean so I don't mind returning to this location; in fact I know I'll be back.Thank you Johnny and Subway team!
